United States | 20 January 2015I rented the phone with the understanding that there is no charge to ship or send back the phone. My bill reflects two charges for shipping which I am disputing. Sid had said there would be no charge.

Canada | 20 January 2015My understanding was that the phone was all set up for me to be able to use when I arrived in Israel. This did not happen. I was not able to call North America from the first day that I arrived. My son got in touch with someone in your office, and they spent quite a long time in order to arrive at what the problem was. Apparently, there was something wrong with the Sim card and finally it was straightened out. I think it would be more than fair that I receive a credit for all the trouble that I had to go through.

United States | 19 January 2015The phone that I had was good, although the instructions on using it weren't comprehensive. The service was good.

United States | 17 January 2015I rented a phone for one month use in Israel for $19.99 & a per minute & per text charge. I picked up the phone in Cedarhurst, NY, but I would probably have it mailed next time, as I now have confidence in this company, their responsive service and their straightforward answers to my questions. The phone came with a secure case, a fanny pack & clear 2-page instructions about set-up options.

United States | 17 January 2015This was the easiest process! I ordered a Nano SIM card from Amigo US online, and then picked it up at Pern's Hebrew Bookstore in Baltimore. I had a tiny problem when I got to Israel because the SIM was not activated but I called the 800# and they activated it while I was on the phone. The people at Amigo US and the people at Pern's Bookstore were all top notch.

United States | 17 January 2015Never had any problems with Amigo. I have used them for several trips overseas (sometimes borrowing a phone and sometimes just a sim card). No trouble with calls, texts, or data/internet connections. The bill/statement was timely and easy to follow. Only good experiences, and I would recommend them any day!

Canada | 15 January 2015The phone was available for pickup in a convenient location. The phone worked. The invoice was for the promised amount.

United States | 15 January 2015Getting the 350 minute bundle for 14 days to Israel was an excellent choice. I was told I would be charged per minute for my last two days since it would be passed the 14 days. I was surprised to see on my bill that I was not charged anything extra. Since I had minutes left they just rolled over. I would definitely us Amigo again for a future trip.

Canada | 14 January 2015The cell phone performed as expected in Israel . The coverage was excellent . The only complaint I have was that the shipping cost to my Ottawa address was exorpitant . I was able to return the phone at a much lower cost.

United States | 12 January 2015Once overseas and the charging port of the phone didn't work AMIGO did not respond to my emails promptly to get me a new phone. It was fine because I was with a group so wheneve rI was alone I would turn on my phone and otherwise it would be off. But what if I was traveling alone and it would have died in a few days without being able to be charged. Last time using amigo!

United States | 10 January 2015I had a mechanical problem with my rental car while on the road and was very glad I had the cell phone. I used it sparingly otherwise. I opted to have a mobile phone for security and emergency situations - glad I did! I will certainly use Amigo U.S. again.

Canada | 10 January 2015The service was great. But my flight was delayed until the next day 5:00 am flight (the day after I expected to leave and had paid for the phone) and when I woke up to leave after midnight I had no service which was very disconcerting and the last thing I needed after the aggravation of a delayed flight. Amigo should still work, and bill me the extra day after.

United States | 09 January 2015Shipping was $20, disclosed up front. I sent back a perfectly good working charger that was not the original charger, and was charged $15. Minutes were cheap, but the extra charges made this phone very expensive for the little I used it.

Canada | 08 January 2015I am very technically challenged-but the instructions with the phone were excellent and I was able to use the phone easily the whole time I was in Israel. I would definitely use you again.

United States | 08 January 2015My experience was good all around. The people on the phone were very friendly and helpful. I took a blackberry because I wanted to be able to text easily & they didn't offer any other smart phones. Since I wasn't familiar with this version of bb, it would've been good if instructions were included. But, all in all, it was a good experience.

United States | 08 January 2015We rented two BlackBerrys for our kids trip to Israel. Amigo customer service was helpful and there were no hidden charges. very satisfied with our experience and would recommend Amigo.

Canada | 04 January 2015It was very handy to have the unlimited plan. It would be better if Amigo could upgrade to an iphone or another type of phone where it is easier to browse the internet and download some apps.

United States | 03 January 2015Reserved online with a phone call follow-up. My daughter lives in NYC therefore it was easy for her to pick up and drop off. Would recommend to anyone.
