Fast and easy to order, worked perfectly in Israel. Been using this company every time me or my kids go to Israel. The operators are very nice and helpful.

The service is very good, the phone arrives on time and has all the accessories, but it's about time the company upgraded the phones, as they look pretty funny and don't have all the latest options. You have to go back in time to remember how to use the old Blackberry. If you choose to rent a Sim card only, you have to make sure your phone is unlocked, which will cost you $30-50, and will make this option not so attractive.

I rented a phone from Baltimore, which I have done many times before, only to find when we got to Israel the charger part of the phone was broken. I called the American number twice before someone in Israel called us back only to be told he couldn't help us as he was out of phones and it would be about a week before he might have one available. Not acceptable!

I was charged for 8 days of late fees. I returned the phone on time.

if you want a simple phone, ready to go, easy to use and reasonable rates, try Amigo. Pick up was free from a Toronto address, very easy. Would use it again

I've used Amigo U.S. twice, they're fantastic! The phone gets to you early, instructions are clear, everything super convenient. Customer service is easy to reach and helpful, if needed. I definitely recommend using them for your next trip!

I traveled to Israel and rented a sim card from Amigo. Cost was $5/day for the rental. $10 to ship the sim card in a large box, $15 in taxes that was not disclosed beforehand. $4/day in late fees if you don't return the sim card immediately upon your return (my fault for not reading the small print on this). My cost for 22 days: $185 You can BUY a sim card at the Israeli airport- it costs $30 a month and you don't have to return it- you can reactivate it any time you go back to the country. I give it a one star. The salesman wasn't necessarily rude- I just think its ridiculous to use this company- I wish I'd known that beforehand

I picked up and dropped off the phones locally which was very convenient. The phones worked as they should as soon as we go to Israel and I didn't have any problems with them.

I found Amigos the easiest vendor to get a sim card 2 days before my trip overseas. All went super smooth.

very easy to rent a phone... I did not find the actual cell service to be so great. Many times people said they could not hear me so well. This may have been due to location vs. the actual phone.

I've used Amigo for a number of years. It's trouble free and easy for this senior citizen with little, if any, tech knowledge. I highly recommend it and will use it again...and again...and again.

My wife and I flew to Vancouver for half a week on our way to our honeymoon in Hawaii. Amigo's SIM card was incredible! Once we got it installed, it worked beautifully. Even when I had an issue with the initial install (due to my phone, not the SIM), the Amigo staff was extremely helpful and got me set up. I recommend this wonderful company for all of your mobile travel needs.
