Great service - willing to go overboard for the customer-was willing to even meet me at the airport to insure on time phone delivery

Phone service worked great. Unlimited data was perfect for us. Will use them again on next trip.

Received phone as promised, worked as advertised.

It was hard to put names and numbers into save. I had to put the numbers in several times before it would save them, until I finally figured it out. There should be a detailed instruction guide on how to do each thing.

The phone (SIM card) worked great, but we could never access the 3 gigs of data we paid for.

Amigo service was very good. It provided the bare bones service within Israel and US/Canada for a great price.

other than the phones could be updated to newer models, renting a phone from Amigo is an easy and inexpensive way for an infrequent visitor to Israel to get their e-mails, and have unlimited calling, texting and data

It was great having my own phone in Israel, but I was never able to get access to voicemail. Otherwise, with a lot of technical support, I was able to use my e-mail and internet service which was good.
