Canada | 26 October 2017it started from when i went to pick up the phones. nothing was ready both times i went to pick them up after they told me it would be. ended up having waiting 30 minutes to get the phone. then they gave me the wrong device so i had to wait again to get it. ordered a mifi that said unlimited wifi. really it was 10 gb (it only mentions the 10gb cap on the order page in small print) because the low speed after 10 gb was not working at all. also got emails that i didn't return the phones after everything was returned

United States | 21 October 2017After shopping around, Amigo was the best option to try for renting a phone in Israel. Everything arrived quickly and was ready to go when we landed at Ben Gurion. We had no issues making or receiving calls.

United States | 21 August 2017The service was fine, but the flip phone was not only old (I expected that) it was crude and not intuitive. too many steps to input a new contact, for example. Couldn't figure out how to set an alarm , and more such issues. I've rented such phones elsewhere in previous years, and the software was much better.

United States | 09 August 2017I have used Amigo phones two or three times in the last few years. The customer service reps have always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The service is great in that we are given a US number (free calls) and an Israeli number (free for the traveler making in country calls). I haven't shopped the prices but I believe they are quite reasonable. The SIM card arrived in time for the trip. During my son's trip last month, he was blocked for some reason from using the phone and could not communicate except for What's App. I called customer service in Atlanta and they identified the problem and within minutes the phone was working. Great job!!
