they first send a few emails declining your request then another email is sent showing that they have a boat to rent which will only cost $460 at the bottom of the quote there is a new breakdown of the actual cost that shows the cost as $1450 plus $200 for the captain what a complete scam

Terrible experience. Do not rent a luxury double decker yacht from JAY in Toronto. Horrible communication as he took days to respond and cancelled on us less than 1 hour before the departure time. We were all headed downtown. This probably meant he double booked or took a more expensive booking last minute. We had booked this service months in advance. Not reliable at all! Worst!

First time using the site and it was horrible. Been in contact through the site to arrange booking with owner. When I finally made a payment I didn’t realize the date was no longer available and the owner changed the date on me just a couple of minutes before the adjustment. I didn’t notice his messages and when I realized I wanted to request a refund and although it does say refunds do not return their service fee, I was hoping they would make an exception for an error I didn’t notice just right after payment. Of course they couldn’t because that it policy so they kept $600 from me for no service at all. Even would’ve understood even half back but whatever. What’s done is done. If I have to lose $600 to let everyone know to not bother booking in advance. Even if weather doesn’t work out and u want to cancel at least 5 days prior. They will still keep all the service fee. So don’t ever book unless you’re 200% sure.
