Amazing service and sofa is perfect! We ordered the corner tignes, delivery was quick but unfortunately it wouldn’t fit into my front room due to the angle. The lady in the office was amazing and gave us several options, refund, swap etc but we love the Tignes so went for the straight one and again was kept in the loop on delivery. Now we had no sofa and thankful it was only just over a weeks wait! The lady even called me a few days into wait to say she had an alternative colour if we wanted it sooner but we waited and soooo glad we did! Saif delivered our sofa again and he was brilliant. My 2yr old was very interested to say hello and see what was happening and he was great, chatting to her and answering all her questions lol The new sofa is now in and such good quality, looks amazing and super comfy!! Will definitely be recommending sofa and friends to anyone wanting a new sofa!!

I was in London last week visiting my business (I live in Hull) and knew I had to stop by after seeing the Tignes sofa on Instagram. When I arrived, I met Aga, who was absolutely amazing! I told her I’d seen the Tignes online, wanted it in olive green, and was ready to buy it on the spot. She was completely shocked and said, “Wow, that was fast!” I had literally installed French doors just days before ordering—just to make sure the sofa would fit in easily at delivery! We had a good laugh about it. But honestly, as soon as I saw the quality, it was a no-brainer—I knew I had to have it. I came, I saw, I paid… and you delivered in less than a week! Absolutely fantastic. Bought the mocha tignes , lovely sofa and great material , very large sofa . Purchasing all went well , delivery men left a lot to be desired as struggled from start to finish and son ended up having to helping them. Happy with purchase

Right from when I visited the store every one was very nice and friendly The updates and delivery schedule was very quick and I was kept upto date with the delivery time which was on time. Delivery staff Saif and his colleague were both very patient and were able to use the limited space to make sure that the sofa fitted well into my lounge. So I was looking for a different sofa for quite some time as my old sofa was so uncomfortable and my mum recommended Sofa and friends to me through TikTok. I instantly fell in love with their sofas so decided to take a drive up to see them in person and when I seen the quality of the sofas and how large and comfortable that they are the material is so soft and also does not stain. I have two kids they have spilled many drinks on my sofa and it just wiped straight off which is excellent. My son has slept on the sofa as he said it is more comfortable than his bed, bless him. it makes watching TV and movies so much nicer they have lots of different sulphur to choose from. I would highly recommend sofas and friends and the staff is so friendly and couldn’t help enough I got the corner sofa Tegnes in the colour rabbit

We found this small business on TikTok and immediately fell in love with their TIGNES sofa. They have lots of lovely sofas but this one was an immediate wow. I knew I had to have it! I contacted them on instagram because I was wondering if they had any finance or payment breakdown options and they were super helpful. I managed to take advantage of the Boxing Day sale and I now have my dream sofa in my livingroom! It’s absolutely beautiful, top quality , beautiful fabric and the delivery drivers were amazing too which is actually the most daunting part of ordering furniture as sometimes they can be a bit grumpy but these guys were far from that and they really put the icing on the cake for the whole experience. If you are considering this small business I promise you’ll love them. I was initially concerned about the potential quality of things being blind purchased online , I am aware they have a showroom but not local to me. However, my concerns vanished the second I seen the beast in the flesh! One very happy customer thank you so so much 🤎 xxx

What a nightmare it’s been ordering from here, firstly after ordering the sofa, the communication was terrible, we were hardly giving any updates about delivery dates etc, we constantly had to hassle to find out anything, When we finally received our delivery, the company arrived 1 hour after the delivery time slot, meaning I was late for work, the delivery men kept complaining saying they only have 10 minutes to deliver, one of them couldn’t even carry the sofa so my boyfriend had to lift it for them, they finally got my sofa into the front room to then be told that one piece was missing and another van would bring it later, they left the sofa in packaging and didn’t put the feet on, even on the swivel chair witch needing some building, although I was told by the shop that it would be unpacked and assembled, I asked the delivery guys to do it who said they weren’t booked for it, I rang the shop to complain about that half of the sofa was missing, and it wasn’t unpacked and delivered, who were actually very helpful and said they would sort it and even offered us our delivery cost of £100 refunded, this was great news, however it’s now been 3-4 weeks since this and after hassling them 3 times, we are still waiting for this refund, so them being very helpful was obviously just a way to shut me up, 1 week later we finally received our missing sofa piece, the sofa was great for about a week then we noticed the arm was broken in as you could hear Brocken wood rattling, we complained and was offered a replacement, this was exchanged around 2 weeks later but there was a foot missing, the shop said they would post a replacement out, it’s been over a week and still nothing received, Now we have just noticed that the card floor on the storage compartment has all fell off where it’s stapled on, I can’t even be bothered to complain again, sofa is clearly badly made, the delivery company they use can’t even carry the sofas they deliver, would highly recommend people to NOT buy from this company

From the start of our WhatsApp conversation to after the sofa was delivered, the service was Excellent. Because l live far away, we did a WhatsApp video so l can see the sofa in real life, the sales person talked me through it all, and chose the Fratti build your own! After weeks of searching, it took just days to make a decision! Modular sofas all the way! Thank you the staff who made the whole process painless and the speed of delivery was just 4 days! Excellent service from start. Provided advice and assistance pre-purchase. Delivery was professional. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with one modular piece sitting higher than the other but I was able to communicate via WhatsApp and they organized repair service. Excellent customer service throughout and I’m very happy with the sofa
