I did the LCQ course on the 28/2/22-1/3/22 and Tony was absolutely AMAZING. My concentration span is only 30mins to 1hr max and then I’m away with the fairies but Tony kept me intrigued. He used examples that help stick to my wondering mind and now I can’t wait to work in an industry. THANK YOU TONY 💯💯💯🎉🎉🎉👏👏💥

The information was informative and we were allowed to ask questions when the need arose. The questionnaire was a little confusing but got there in the end with the help of the workbook. Everything was explained easily and understood what we had to do and why to make sure we all stay healthy. Thank you . Would recommend this course.

I really liked the lecture. He explained the whole content of the book with real life experiences and small stories relevant to the context which helps us to remember the content for our entire life. I personally really enjoyed the class.

Course was great and the tutor, Ralf, was brilliant. He brought lots of energy, knowledge and humour to the kitchen. The course content was really good too, and came home with loads of yummy bread. Only a couple of small niggles kept from a 5 star rating - could do with an extra oven as a lot of competition of oven space, and stools for those of us used to sitting on our butts all day in office jobs (standing for over 5hrs was a tough on the feet). All in all a wonderful day, and I'd highly recommend.

A great course, a bit on the long side (5.5 hours), perhaps could do only 4 breads and make the course slightly shorter. All the bread I made tasted great and I'll be using these recipes at home. thanks

Tres bien. I loved the course immensely. It was taught well and extremely informative. The teacher was easy to listen to and made the class exciting - I loved that he was a wine snob - 'dessert wine is best with cheese, not necessarily with dessert'. I learnt some valuable lessons and I am so grateful for the wine knowledge. I can now drink wine with a greater appreciation. Salut!

The course was a lot of fun, very hands-on and practical learning with an engaging and friendly facilitator. However, from an educational standpoint it was a bit informal. The basic skills and knowledge were taught by demonstrations and short lectures, but there wasn't much control of whether everyone had mastered everything. You could probably get away with a certificate by just giving everything a go. Obviously there was a lot to cover in a small time frame, but there would be ways to fix this. Nonetheless, I enjoyed myself and definitely came away with a greater knowledge and more practical skills that I could readily apply in the industry.
