This is my second course and just like the first the atmosphere was great. The Tutors on both my wine courses were brilliant. The course helped me to develop my palate and expanded my knowledge and appreciation of wine. The whole experience from enrolling to competing my assessment was fantastic. A must to start your understanding in New Zealand wine. I would 100% recommend this.

Completely practical and constructive. A must to start your path in New Zealand wine. Sometimes making an on-line wine course could be tough because the part of the tasting is key to understand the different concepts that you learn. 100 % positive feedback from my side if you want to have a start in New Zealand wine.

Was really well presented. Just a thing that the teachers do is talk wines down that they don’t like and from the different countries especially. Wine is very personal and we all have different tastes .

I’ve finished Barista course recently and absolutely loved it. Oliver is very knowledgeable and keen to share his experience. This is actually the third course I’ve done at this school and am very happy with all of them. My brother in law is also registered to do Barista one, too.

The tutor was very knowledgable in her teachings, this was very handy in the fact that it was online. I would highly recommend this class and certificate to anyone to refresh their memory if you have already had a food safety certificate.

Some of the content I found really helpful, specific and practical such as the section on costing. I would have liked a lot more practical and helpful guidance on Food Safety Plans and the registration process - that was my primary reason for attending. The book provided after the course will likely be a useful resource, I am yet to read it.

I attended a Bread making class on a Saturday. I absolutely loved it and learned so much. The tutor was so knowledgeable and interesting. I went alone but it would have been great to take a friend along too. I went home with so much bread that I had made myself along with all the recipes, one of which (the Ciabatta recipe) that I now use on a weekly basis. Couldn't recommend this enough, great way to spend a Saturday!!

It was a great class and I went home with lots of bread. Have used the ciabatta recipe several times too.
