Very good vinyl flooring samples. As I imagined in the photos. They look great in real. Very impressed.

Ordered and received samples & brochures in a timely manner, at no cost. We are building and using this flooring so it was great to get a sample to see.

Very prompt and very knowledgeable staff who explained all details about the glooring its benefits, suitability for under floor heating and suggestions.

Grossly overrated. Went from Amtico to Karndean and regret it. Joins not good, rising by the doors (sun), drop a plastic cup and you get dents - just not good quality.

Just had Kardean fitted in our large hallway. The problem is my dog keeps falling over on it. We have ceramic tiles in kitchen and never an issue so am very upset about this. Think Kardean should warn you that there could be an issue. If I had known would have had carpet fitted. Now having to buy rugs and have been told that some materials in the rugs/slip mat could cause discolouration of the Kardean. Should say have paid over £2000. Have given 3 stars as it does look good.

Karndean Australia's 'technical experts' could not provide advice on installation, stating "we only sell it to retailers". No retailer could provide consistent advice on floor surface preparation. So after spending months on my Karndean choice, including flying to Melbourne to visit their showroom, I'm installing a different system, sold by professionals and using professional installers.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen flooring - it does look like Cotswold stone. It is easy to clean and my greyhound does not slip on it, neither has he scratched it. My old subfloor needed screeding first.

I had Kardean flooring installed throughout my new flat. It was a tired property when I bought it which hadn't been updated since it was built. My new flooring has completely transformed it and brought it bang up to date. I particularly love my heritage floor in the hallway which delights me every time I look at it!

The Karndean fitter was very friendly, helpful and efficient and did a great, expert job of laying the flooring, which looks absolutely fabulous in the new kitchen. The flooring is warm underfoot and a lovely colour and the initial discussions were very helpful in identifying the right flooring for us. Very impressed.

A&L recently put down the Karndean flooring in our conservatory, absolutely beautiful job and really pleased.

This is our second kardean flooring for our kitchen. Our first one was down for 15 years and still looked great. The only reason we changed the floor was we had a new kitchen.

This was the third Karndean floor we have had fitted by Winnens of Cheltenham and as with the others, we are absolutely thrilled with the results. The fitter was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure the surface was supersmooth and rigid before fitting the herringbone design we wanted.

The website is intuitive and the samples arrive very quickly.

Fit was poor and floor easily scratched with chairs despite only light use over the first two weeks. Was expecting better durability.

Ordered Karndean Summer Oak via my usual flooring fitter, platinum rated by Karndean themselves, for my brand new house. Fitting began 18th December 2021 and work stopped when fitters reported it so slippery they could hardly stand on it. Karndean were unresponsive for months and I had scraps of carpet fitted to fill the gaps while warning visitors to be very careful. Now September 2022 and still not resolved. They promised new non slippery product to the fitting company after 6 months of complaints. Karndean told them in early July 2022 it would be delivered to them to finish the job and here we are 24th September still waiting. I wish we had had it all removed immediately and used a company that gives one ounce of customer service and respect to people buying their products. Had Karndean products in my old house since 2007 with no problems but I suppose you really find out about quality service with problems and how they're dealt with. Absolutely shocking , zero service , zero apologies and my lovely new house still looks like patchwork flooring. Edit, noted that customer service only respond to positive reviews
