Karndean Van Gogh Reclaimed Redwood Bought this range and paid a lot to have this fitted by professional. Looks great however some 9 months in and scratches already. We have tried to be careful however i wanted to advise everyone that even moving light objects on this floor is dangerous. If the floor is hardwearing why does it scratch so easily. Shame really as the look is exactly what we wanted but durability lets it down. I don't want to have mats all over my house.

Since my previous review Karndean sent a new pack of korlok to replace what had spilt and lifted. This has now happened - see picture . Avoid avoid terrible product. It’s not for commercial use! We do not wear shoes in the home! and they won’t give a refund even though their product is clearly faulty! I now have to get it all ripped up and will be replacing with a different brand! Very upset customer!

Spent £7k on Karndene flooring for our new home. We do not wear shoes in the house. We don’t have kids. Pads on all furniture and nothing is dragged over the floor. We are so careful. Despite this I am absolutely perplexed as to how it is looking so scuffed and scratched after 2 years of very light use and regular care as per manufacturers recommendations. My experience seems to echo those of lots of other customers on here. So disappointed that this is not hard wearing as advertised. This flooring struggles with even light wear. Feel that we have been conned :(

Terrible flooring. Paid £3000 + to get their top range "korlok" flooring fitted which was sold to me as being much more robust than the regular lvt range due to having a rigid core (I explained to them that I have previously encountered problems with their lvt floor scratching)... I was told that korlok is commercial grade, pet proof, kid proof and scratch proof... It has been down under 2 weeks, I have put pads on all furniture, only cleaned the floor with their recommended cleaner and a microfibre... and there are already visible scratches and scuffs, I don't even wear shoes in the house or have pets .. I have regrettably gone back to this company 3 times for flooring after being continuously told by their sales people in Evesham that the next range up is much more robust and will not scratch.... And then when I go back to them to complain after it scratches they don't want to know... Would recommend that you go with a more robust laminate such as quickstep which is actually built to be walked on and not just to look pretty....

We’ve had our Karrndean flooring down for less than a year (blush oak, supposedly suitable for heavy domestic use) and I am disappointed with the level of visible scratches on it. I sweep it with a soft brush before using a spray mop with the ‘official’ Karndean cleaner - and it still has several deep scratches. My husband thinks it’s probably from his shoes, as he doesn’t tend to take them off when he gets home, but then I’d say it’s not really suitable for heavy domestic use. We had a really cheap vinyl installed by the builder that was in much better condition after a year, just not to my taste.

Had Karndean flooring throughout downstairs of my house as part of kitchen refit. Kitchen company employed a ‘fitter’ who did a disastrous job, damaging several planks in the process. Karndean customer services (Chloe) was brilliant. Fast response too. Looking forward to getting damaged parts re-laid. Very happy customer, thank you Karndean!

Our Karndean kitchen floor has been down for at least 10 years. It has survived relatively high traffic and an electric wheelchair which was heavy. A few weeks ago I emailed the company to ask how I could remove a watermark which had seeped under a rubber backed mat. The water had caused a purple coloured mark on the black floor. To my amazement, about an hour after I had emailed, a man from the company called me. He made some suggestions about removing the mark which was very helpful. He also asked if I used their cleaning products and I had to admit that no I didn’t. I used warm water and a bit of supermarket floor cleaner and that was it. He encouraged me to use their products and I was a bit sceptical but, I purchased the kit which cost over £45. Yesterday, I cleaned the floor using the products - one to give it a good deep clean and one to put a protective coating onto the surface. My 10 year old floor looks like new! Watermark gone. Amazing difference. They recommend you do this every 6 months and from now on I will. Thank you for your excellent customer service and brilliant products.

we ordered dawn oak for our remodel project back late feb early march and still haven't received product, delivery date keeps getting pushed back almost 2 months now. May have to select different company if they cant even fill an order.

Ken was able to accomodate us with samples due to our location. He was helpful and prompt with delivery. The product is exactly as promised.

Still waiting for samples which were requested quite some time ago. May be an Australia Post issue rather than Kardeen but means project is on hold

I hope Karndean read this ! I have used knight tile range throughout my house, we are so happy with it ,easy to care for and always looks good.5 ⭐ rating. Sadly we decided we'd like to complete the kitchen reno with flooring and are devastated to find out our kp39 is now discontinued 😢 9sqmtrs short and cannot find any anywhere , I've searched everywhere and no luck.Now trying to match with a new karndean product.
