Awesome service

We purchased the Van Gogh glue down and our installer used K99, install included 4’x4’ eco birch boards with 48 brads per board. While not cheap, I feel many of the negative reviews are due to lack luster installations. Ours was top notch, and we took care to place protection on all furniture which touch’s the surface. It’s commercial quality, zero doubt about it.

Have had Karndean da Vinci light oak installed in the kitchen and conservatory (north facing) for 5 years and more recently in the hall. It looks great, but has faded in the conservatory, and as we have found, scores relatively easily. As we are a retired couple the wear is obviously limited and we can take time and care to avoid scoring the surface, but I'm not sure how well this product would stand up to a family with young children.

Fitting showed excellent attention to preparation and finish.We are very pleased with the results.

The karndean floor we have had laid in our kitchen diner is absolutely fantastic and looking to have it in our en suite and new bathroom. It’s durable so easy to keep clean and everybody thinks it parquet floor j til you tell them it’s not, so many of our friends have decided on having karndean flooring laid. Love the range of colours and styles. The showroom in Evesham is definitely worth a visit, staff are lovely and so helpful.

Ordered through our kitchen supplier and added more as it was so good. So pleased with the quality and overall look of the flooring. Excellent product would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We chose Karndean flooring for our restaurant as it was touted as having the best and most durable wear layer and it had a 30 year commercial warranty. Two months after installing the seams started bulging to the point that they became trip hazards and the surface was badly scratched in multiple places. We contacted Karndean and after months of going back and forth they refused to warranty the product and said that they could not help us. Terrible product. Appalling customer service

We purchased our Karndean flooring through a local flooring company 'Winens of Cheltenham'. We were very pleased with their service and very very pleased now that our beautiful Karndean floor is down in our bathroom. It looks stunning.

not suitable for home with many children running around and dragging furniture around, marks and scratches easily!

Looks good and is easy to fit and to care for. However, not good for dogs, especially puppies - too slippery. We have had to coat our Karndean with a non-slip treatment to make it tolerable for our dog.

Beautiful floor and very happy with it but this is after a 6 month wait for the product to be delivered to my retailer. I know there are shipping problems relating to Brexit and COVID etc etc but 6 months? At least the story had a happy ending but not sure I would’ve waited that long had I known.

Great quality and good range of products, however I still could not find the exact product I wanted in terms of pattern and size. Customer service is very good both at the showroom and the dealer side. However, the contractor did not quite do as a good a job as you would expect for such an expensive product. He cut straight edges free hand hence they are not so straight by the wall in places and there are small gaps. I gave 3 stars due to the price of product and labour costs as well as a bit on the way it was done.
