The order (QMPSCZPQH ) was very smooth. Top notch quality. It is very hard to get the Le Creuset steamer insert here in US and my local store has been out of it for years. The price was very good and the shipping was fast, albeit shipping cost was a tad bit pricey. Overall very happy with the purchase.

On a recent holiday to the Netherlands, looked at several Le Creuset items I liked, but didnt purchase due to luggage constraints. The tea kettle & cups were not available in the States. I searched online & found Tattahime was the only company shipping to the US. Ordered everything I wanted & it arrived on the ETA given. I emailed customer support a few weeks after I ordered checking on delivery & they promptly replied. Excellent service & very fair pricing & shipping costs. Highly recommend Tattahome.

Two Smeg appliances were ordered in November 2024, which we still have not received. I reached out to aftersales team for a refund, and an extremely rude after-sales manager called Andrew replied with, "Don't worry the refund will be with you in 15 days on the 4th February 2025" The refund is yet to be received and it is now 28th February 2025

Got regular updates on the progress of my order which was extremely helpful, as I was buying cups I couldn't find anywhere else to match cups we had bought years ago in London! Very pleased they arrived in excellent condition and matched exactly!

Was delivered really quickly and had loads of notification regarding where the parcel was, which is so reassuring. I was very nervous as the item i ordered could easily break and was very well packed and was exactly what we wanted. I do not usually use companies who send from abroad but was so happy with them and would so use again. Great service and great products.

My order wich was placed on the 5 of December was only partial delivered 10 weeks later though when they send the partial order, in the invoice they added the missing piece and the shipping which led to me paying EUR 75 for the delivery of the shipment in addition to my order. It is now 2 weeks since I had requested for a refund for the balance and as yet nothing.

quite good, and the delivery is as per schedule. Items received in good packing. just a bit of confusion over the multiple items scheduling as the system does not update correctly.

I placed an order back in December and have only received part of my order. I reached out to customer service and all they said was that it’s delayed. No information on when to expect it, just ‘it’s delayed’. With situations like this, many places also offer some compensation for the inconvenience, especially when I specified this was a gift, but nothing. Quite disappointing as part of the order that did arrive I was happy with.

So pleased with the delivery! All 18 pieces arrived in good condition to the USA

Had to pay tax on item entering UK this was not made clear on checkout and should be included in final price when shopping from the uk - really disappointed - I have shopped here before and never paid duty before delivery - not good
