Tommy ably assisted me in locating a payment I had made years before, and due to the 'search plus' protection, this means I can save on costs with my ongoing transaction. They were able to trace the funds that were still held on account. Tommy contacted me daily and was helpful in explaining the process to me, bearing in mind it was a few years since I had used the service. Fridays move have allocated a solicitor with expertise in dealing with local authorities so I am confident any issues will be highlighted during the process. Would recommend fridays move for their prompt and friendly service.

Awful service. I do not recommend Homeward Legal. Shocking service from both Homeward Legal and the Solicitor they instructed. I have raised my concerns to HL on a number of occasions and not once have I received any follow up or call back.

I used them a few months ago. Admittedly, the contacts at Homeward Legal itself were very good but they don't do the conveyancing. The first firm they assigned me to did nothing for 3 weeks and never returned my calls. Without any fuss Homeward Legal reassigned me to a slightly more responsive firm and eventually the process successfully concluded. However to cut a long story short I do feel that the service I got from the solicitors was second rate.

Mark was really friendly and helpful and actually contributed in my decision to change from Enact to Fridaysmove for my first time buy. Lots of good information given by Mark with competitive pricing and the fact that if the transaction fell through then I would be covered in all aspects. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was that I was passed on to a solicitors based in West London (not local to me) as they were less busy but it still took 6 months to complete. A local solicitors would have been more convenient.

Not very clear about £120 charge for "No completion" guarantee. ****UPDATE**** Homeward Legal have contacted me and clarified things. The £120 does get deducted off the conveyancer fees, albeit that it was not documented very well on either side. They have sorted this out on both sides now hence my rating change from bad to excellent. Homeward Legal have truly stepped up to resolve this so I would highly recommend them.
