Henry was very helpful and easy to contact, and everyone else in the office was easy to communicate with. Deducted one star only because there was a disbursement that Henry forgot to tell me about. But when I brought this up with the manager he was very quick to apologise and give me a discount to go towards it . Nice people.

Very professional service. Other companies I dealt with were quite pushy as all they wanted was a quick sale so they kept calling and calling. Joshua was patient with me and explained everything in detail and allowed me to take my time to make a decision. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Homeward Conveyancing introduced us to Woodgrange Solicitors in 2018. The experience was mediocre but now we require important paper work from Woodgrange and they have stopped replying and ignored all our attempted communication with them. Homeward - when we signed up you said you would ensure quality. Please could you sort this out and I would revise my review. EDIT: Just saw the reponse (a bit late). Just to clarify, this was never sorted out. You not working with Woodgrange anymore is hardly any help to the clients you sent there not having done proper due diligence of your business partners

Just spoke to an individual by the name of Benjamin Coles at Homeward Legal. Thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and all-rounded knowledge. Literally took away the overwhelming daunt of the task that lay ahead as soon as we started talking. Feel lightened and reassured that i am in capable hands.

Excellent administration and always on top of things

Good intentions, but very poor execution. Needed auction pack reviewed and it wasn't completed on time. I didn't get called back on several occasions. The company assigned my case couldn't complete it within the desired timescale. Lack of organisation and communication really let me down. I'm not really sure what I paid for given none of the things I requested were completed!
