United Kingdom | 31 December 2024Terrible service !! I ordered a pearl bracelet for my wife on 4th Oct 2024 with a stated lead time of 1 to 2 weeks. Payment in full was taken with the order. After hearing nothing at all, I chased the company at the end of October, mid November and end November for status updates on the order. Each time I was told that the order was being processed and would be available shortly. By early December, a full two months after placing the order, I lost patience with the lack of progress and cancelled the order. I got confirmation of the cancellation on 6th December, but still needed to chase a further two times before I eventually received the funds back on 30th December - almost three months after the original payment was taken. The staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful, it is the company itself I have an issue with. Also check the TrustPilot reviews for cwsellors dot com, where all the poor reviews seem to end up

United Kingdom | 30 December 2024Genuine company selling watches and jewellery . I bought 2 watches from them so far , had to sent one back simply because it wasn’t for me . No questions asked , cust service on the phone was really understanding and money were refunded as soon as watch received back . They have the best prices on the market and still if you ask you might get a discount . Will probably buy again from them .

Received a prompt email saying the watch should come into stock 30 12.24, it would then be checked and posted out. Extremely pleased to say it arrived today, 28th December

United Kingdom | 28 December 2024I placed my order on the 24th November. Few days later I received an email saying that the watch is not in stock and was ordered directly from the Brand. No question if I am willing to wait or not, just communicated to me that it will come later than expected. I called the store and said it was supposed to be a birthday gift and I need it before middle of Dec. The staff reassured me that I will get it on time. As you can imagine I haven't received the watch and I cancelled the order on 13th of December. Since then I am awaiting my refund and we have 27th of dec... my emails and calls don't help much. I might open a dispute via my bank. Avoid this store at any cost.

United Kingdom | 24 December 2024Ordered a 2024 Christmas tree bell decoration on 4th November with an expected delivery of 3-4 weeks. It's now Christmas Eve and it still hasn't arrived. Keep getting emails saying it's "on its way". Certainly won't be buying anything from them again.

Ireland | 24 December 2024Zero Stars. I never leave reviews on any sites but please Do Not Order from this company. We ordered some jewellery from this company in early September for a special occasion with the expectation that there would be a 3-4 week delivery timeline. Zero communications from this company even though they took full payment in September for a sizeable amount of money. We have followed up with numerous emails and phone calls, to be told ‘the pieces are due in next week’ and they will be shipped and then radio silence over the last 3 months. A few weeks ago, on the same day we had 3 different updates from 3 different members of staff at this company all with different incorrect information on the status of our order. We had to cancel most of the order (3 months later) bar the 1 piece that has apparently been in stock for months and which finally got delivered yesterday. We also were told we had to wait 7-14 days for a refund. We also reordered the cancelled pieces direct from the manufacturer where the jewellery was shipped & delivered immediately within the week. The customer service has been absolutely disgraceful and non-existent from this company and I would advise no-one to order from them going forward as it has been the most disappointing service for what was supposed to be the marking of a very special occasion.

United Kingdom | 23 December 2024I'm hoping I can change this review, ordered a watch in the 13th November for a December birthday gift , I thought I was organised. Dissapointed is an understatement, had an email saying as soon as my item is available it will be shipped out . couple of weeks went by , still no watch . I contacted customer services via email , they said it wasn't on the last shipment, hoping for it to be on the next one , So no Birthday gift . I rang customer services on the 13th December, saying they should get the shipment on 20th December,I asked if they could promise the watch for delivery for Christmas he said yes, I asked if he could put this in an email confirming what he said,Surprise surprise no email arrived . I then received an email on the 17th December saying expected item in on the 20th December, it will be checked and shipped out and you will recieve a tracking number . No Tracking Number as yet. The most frustrating part is I the customer has had to do all the chasing , I've paid for a product on the 13th November and still haven't got it. I would have cancelled the order but the watch was chosen and I don't want to dissapoint the reciever ,even though there is dissapointment as we are still waiting.Hoping for a prompt resolution and a Gesture of Good will.

Full payment is taken upfront but you then wait weeks for delivery, unless like me you end up cancelling. No idea how long the refund will take. Repairs are also slow. My watch winder went away for seven months and never came back. I was eventually offered a replacement after threatening to start a court claim. The replacement was scuffed and scratched all over so I rejected it. The refund took a further 10 days. Phones are not answered quickly, sometimes not at all. There is just no sense of urgency with anything, other than taking your money. There are better businesses out there, in my opinion.

United Kingdom | 22 December 2024I ordered a watch from this company on the 20th August which I paid in full as they said it would be a 2 week delivery time which I agreed to. After.phoning them every week after that for 12 weeks and not receiving any updates I eventually cancelled the order when they told me i wouldnt be reciving rhe watch before Christmas. They then messed me around for nearly 3 weeks before they finally returned my money. Terrible customer service so wouldn't use again.

United Kingdom | 22 December 2024I ordered a Tissot T-My Lady watch online from the company on the 18th November, 2024, and was led to believe it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks, in time for Christmas. It was to be a present. After 2 and a half weeks I emailed Sales to check the order would be here in time and although it had not arrived yet I was assured by Leah in Order Management that the order was being treated as a matter of urgency and that it would arrive before Christmas. I heard nothing for the next week so I emailed again. No response. I left it a few days, phoned again and spoke to Leah. Again I was reassured it would arrive in time although it was still at the manufacturer. Yesterday after a further week I rang Sales who left a message for Leah to contact me. She didn't. Today I rang Sales again and was put through to someone else in Order Management. The watch still hadn't arrived so I cancelled the order and placed a replacement order for the same watch with Tissot directly, for delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

United Kingdom | 21 December 2024Like other negative reviews I discovered that they don't keep any stock, get order from the manufacturer when you place your order. They're advertised delivery times are once they receive the stock not from when you place the order. After chasing my order and getting nothing but false promises I am finally getting a refund after threatening to open a charge back either my bank. They are basically just a drop shipping company that don't hold stock.

I placed an order almost a month ago for an item that was out of stock, and they kept promising it would be delivered before Christmas. However, it never arrived! In fact, the item wasn’t even shipped from the manufacturer. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates via WhatsApp and email, which was incredibly frustrating. They are unreliable and do not seem to care about their customers. They don’t even deserve one star! Don’t waste your time with them!

Ordered a watch in stock with delivery of with 14 days. 5 weeks later and nine phone calls repeatedly told I would receive it the same week. Never did. Had the phone put down on me. Told wrong names of staff. Then no evidence of who I spoke to. After five weeks of promises I’ve had to cancel. Told that my refund will not be processed for 14 days. Avoid joke of a company.
