I recently bought a new Garmin Fenix 8, with a leather strap from C W Sellors, and the experience, as always, been excellent. Harriet helped with the purchase and would definitely like to thank him for his service, prompt response and patiently answering all my questions. I ordered a watch in July, expecting a quick delivery naively, I didn't see anything online saying not in stock just that it was available to order - maybe stupid of me to not dig deeper into this and just took the "available to order" as, in stock. 6 months later I have now received the watch and it is in perfect condition, to make clear nothing is wrong with the watch. My biggest complaint is the horrendous communication. I emailed at the start of every month just to check if there was any update from manufacturer or anything of which they stopped responding to after month 2. I then started to phone once a month where they did answer and confirm they would keep me updated - they didn't. I eventually stopped trying to communicate and just hoped that something would eventually come through. I also ordered a watch winder with the purchase but upon delivery today I see it's been scored off. I've not had any word to explain why, if it has been missed, if they now don't have them in stock, or if it has simply been removed for whatever reason. Suppose I'll be sending another email.

Oh my word... what a disgrace of a company. Ordered a Tissot watch 4th Dec for a Christmas present.. still not here today. I have called numerous times and emailed. They have stopped replying. Their phone line just rings out now. Starting to suspect they have a cashflow problem and are using all of our money to dig themself out of a hole without delivering our goods. I just managed to get through and told them I wanted to cancel. The man told me I can choose any other watch they have in stock and even if it is more expensive, he will do a deal. I said 'no, that's the exact watch I want' and he said 'Ok it will take 14 working days for a refund - if you would like to treat yourself to anything in that time then let us know and we will do you a deal' - how ridiculous?! Holding on to my money for that amount of time and then expecting me to use my own money as store credit. Anyway, if I don't get a refund in 14 days, I will be doing a chargeback with the bank. I have found the same watch in stock with Beaverbrooks for next day delivery. Also on John Lewis. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Like all the other 1 star reviews I would give them 0 but it's not an option. They happily took my money at the start of the month but still don't have what I paid for. They're costumer service is shocking, have asked repeatedly over the last week for a refund as it was meant to be a Christmas present and they either don't reply or completely ignore my question asking me to chose a different item (which probably wouldn't be available either). Still waiting for a refund I'm guessing they're going to drag it for a few more weeks.

BEWARE!!! I ordered a £600 bracelet having been led to believe it was in stock... only to find days later that it wasn't. They took my money immediately yet take 14 days to refund so I've been left unable to purchase the present that I wanted to in time for Christmas. CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE POLITE BUT HELPLESS.

Awfull experience would not use this company waited over a month for jewellery item,my order given to another customer I was not not told this until I queried delay. Lack of communication, I had to make at least 6 phone calls, peoples said they would get back to me with more information they didn’t .

Ordered an item for a friend over 6 months ago now. The item has still not delivered. I have chased this several times and been ignored. Unfortunately read the reviews and seen this appears to be a regular occurrence of selling items they dont have in stock and then failing to deliver, refusing to engage or process a refund. Read the 1 star reviews before making any purchases with this company, especially last minute Christmas purchases. What a pain in the arse and a waste of time having to chase them, request a charge back by my bank and filing a report with trading standards. I will never ever shop with this company again. Dreadful.

Having used this company before I did not expect to have a problem, how wrong was I! Over a month later I have still not received my order and cannot get a straight answer on when I will receive my order if ever, lots of false promises! It is hard to communicate with this company as the department that deal with outstanding orders rarely answer the phone or reply to your email. I currently have no idea on where I stand with my order or a refund.

Avoid this place. This company hold limited stock and can't guarantee delivery, but take money up front. Time will pass, they will admit delivery cannot be guaranteed, then invite you to buy what limited stock they have. An awful business practice.

Why is this company allowed to take large sums of money online for goods they don't have in stock? This is tantamount to theft especially as it's 14days since & we still haven't received refund !! They took my order without even having the item & when asking when my product would arrive they said they were expecting a delivery soon . Then heard another time they'd received an order from the company but unfortunately my item wasn't in it ?! I had already told them this was wanted as a gift & they were not able to say when they would be able to supply my order & continue to sit on my money ! The same item I was able to buy from the company direct & received it next day so why can't CW Sellors get the stock? & have no right to advertise & take money for goods they don't have & can't supply & then not refund the money immediately Seems illegal ,taking money under false pretenses!!

Had been looking for a couple of watches and noted CW Sellors online... initially I was a little cautious to make this an online purchase, but received some really good advice and options from them. Importantly, there were no "pushy" sales tactics. I needed the watches the same day as purchase, and both stores (Ashbourne and Shrewsbury) went all out to support the request. Great support and sevice from Harriet (Sales), Aaron (Ops) and staff at both stores. Great first time experience with this company, would definitely recommend giving them a look/chat if you are looking for a watch at a good price/quality.

I bought a watch but the dial was to small, changed the watch for a watch with a larger dial. I found CE Sellors very easy to deal with. Communication was excellent. Will definitely use again

I ordered a watch with Sellors/Jura Watches which was ‘in stock’ and due for delivery in one to two days. After a couple of days I received an email saying it was ‘not in stock’ and they were going to have to order it direct from the supplier. I was slightly suspicious, but I waited a week and also checked their reviews on Trust Pilot, and really didn't like what I read. Other reviewers had received similar emails and not received their watches for significant amounts of time, or struggled to get refunds.  After reading this, decided to cancelled my order, and was told I would have to wait 14 working days (that’s nearly three weeks), for a refund. This seemed particularly unfair, as they were at fault for not having the watch in stock. I asked for it to be expedited but this was ignored. Then another phone call, no refund given. In my final phone call I said if I don’t get the refund within the next day, I’ll go to Trading Standards, and amazingly I was told I was due for a refund on that day. They basically sold me an £800 watch which they said was ‘in stock’ (but wasn’t) and then kept my money for over three weeks from the initial order date, before finally refunding me. This is not a fair way to do business, and my experience is clearly not isolated. Just read through the one star reviews.

I purchased a pair of lovely ear rings for my good lady, whilst visiting Whitby a couple of years ago. Unfortunately one of them got lost, so I was on a mission to get another set. What luck I found the store again on the internet, and after a phone call to Emma who was excellent, I eventually received a replacement set ready for Christmas. Really happy thank you. Great customer service and lovely jewellery. A joy to shop with.
