United Kingdom | 12 January 2025I have ordered a LONGINES Mini dolcevita watch, because I like the model and I also have small wrist, it looks great but this company not sure who are they as the watch is out of battery! Well, I won’t pay £210 for a battery and resealing at London LONGINES shop, so guess what? The way how it came , is the same way how it goes back…. Rubbish service! Before you send out a watch you need to double check it if it is fully functional, stay away from this so called company! What else do you do if your so called customer service team was not able to notice it?

United Kingdom | 11 January 2025Reading the previous generally positive reviews I took the decision to order a Garmin Fenix 8 as advertised on their site with a 2/3 day delivery. Unfortunately the day after ordering I received an email from Hany advising that the item was out of stock and they were awaiting a restock and they would contact me as soon as the watch was available and ready for delivery. As I had a couple of weeks to play with this wasn’t to much of an issue. I never received anything further from Hany and had to chase updates over the following 10 days, however on each occasion I was advised that no restock or delivery information was available. The staff were always very friendly and apologetic concerning the situation and ordering challenges. Sadly due to no progress or details on the dates for availability or delivery, I had no option other then to cancel the order to source from another provider which was disappointing. Sadly the service to refund the payment was equally slow and disappointing. Taking a further 17 days to gain a refund. My thoughts are that if using this supplier, please ensure the product is in stock and available for immediate delivery before placing any orders and making payment, otherwise, as in my case, you may find the process both frustrating and disappointing. With so many other watch suppliers out there, I doubt I would try them again or recommend.

I placed an order online November 21st 2024, it is now January 8th and still haven't received the item. Did they just go on holiday over December and forget to deliver? Completely unacceptable in this day and age.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025I have already reviewed this. The company took my money, didn't have the stock, dodnt answer emails and fobbed me off twice on the phone. After a poor review (there are loads of people who have experienced similar poor customer service and long waits for products) I got an email and the product arrived. Poor customer service and experience. The product however is first class Tissot seastar and I would highly recommend it. Classy enough for a special occasion piece but equally at home as a reliable everyday.

Came to look at some present options for my mums birthday present with my dad at the Chester store, my dad recommended them after purchasing a watch in November saying the service was amazing last time, we then decided we'd take a another trip over and the red headed lady serving this time REEKED of weed on her breath, we was both so put off and walked away. My dad mentioned last time that he saw her she smelt like that last time coming into the store with her meal deal and the lady helping him looked embarassed, this is unacceptable from a professional jewellers when you were wanting to spend alot. Disgusting!!!!

I received a prompt update from CWS asking if I wished for a replacement item or a full refund. I opted for the refund which has taken around three days. The funds are already in my account!!!.
