Beautiful product (pendant) which was delivered extremely quickly - it was a last-minute order made on the Sunday before Christmas and the item arrived on Christmas Eve. I realised after ordering that I needed to amend the delivery address and received an email first thing on Monday assuring me that this had been done and it wouldn't cause any delay. The item itself was beautifully packaged. Great service and a very positive experience!

Ordered a watch in their black Friday sale. I thought I was getting a deal with the discount being offered. Only communication from company was to say that the watch was being ordered from the respective company. I chased delivery repeatedly in December only to eventually told that the wrong watch had been sent from the supplier. As this was a gift for Christmas I asked if they could get the watch I ordered? The company eventually replied and said this would not be possible! Cancelled order and ordered directly with the watch company with delivery on the 23rd Dec. Still awaiting the refund for an item that never even arrived. Long story short avoid this company. Poor service and clearly not customer focused.

Unfortunately this time I ordered on 25 November being told a 10 day delivery. This was a Christmas present. I had several communications chasing the item which arrived on 30th December! Too late for Christmas and I had to purchase alternative in local store. Disappointed

I ordered 2 x Christmas Gifts on the 16th November and chased for this to be delivered 3 times! they just said they will let me know when it’s on its way. I gave up in the end… surprise it was delivered Christmas Eve and i wasn’t even here to sign for it by that point ! 6 weeks delayed. Joke! I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew they didn’t have the stock. So for that. 1 star

Although the item I ordered at the beginning of November was out of stock and needed to be imported from Scandinavia, there was little information forthcoming from the very pleasant people at Sellors. Ultimately the item didn’t arrive in time to be given to my daughter before Christmas, but in time for New Year!

Although the item I purchased was a very good price I felt the service from the seller was not good. The item delivery was too long and the free gift that came with it was not delivered but out of stock. As it was in stock when I ordered I feel it should have been reserved and saved for delivery with the brooch. The communication with the company was poor and they only kept me informed about my order when I contacted them, not the other way round. 12 weeks from ordering to receiving item when it was initially 4-6 weeks is poor service .

Called in at the Chester store to view Ball watches and discovered that they have no watches in the shop at all, full stop! However, they are a authorised distributor for Ball watches. So I went ahead with my order for a limited edition watch which needed to be specially ordered. This did not go smoothly. The shop forgot to place the order with the watchmakers but eventually realised their mistake. In the end, it was a three month wait for the watch. To be fair, the firm were very apologetic and compensated me for their error. The watch is fantastic, though, and worth the wait. I salute Lizzie at the Chester shop who had to mop up after her colleague's mistake and who worked hard to make things OK.

Ordered 3 items mid-September. After weekly emails and phone calls and lots of broken promises, I eventually cancelled 2 of the items and had the remaining item arrive on Dec 23rd. Not once did the company contact me to explain delays, all the comms were initiated from my end. I wonder if I'd have been contacted at all if I'd have just sat and waited. I would have to say it was the worst customer service that I have ever received. Don't believe anything you are told or trust the items being in stock. I'd give this company zero stars.

Ordered earrings 3 weeks before a 60th birthday. Website took order and told me to expect delivery 6 days before birthday. Ordered in September for 20th Oct. Earrings eventually delivered Dec. This was after being promised delivery 3 times. Emails chasing for update were not replied to. Conversation in November brought to light that the designer of the earrings had gone out of business in August! So why sell these earrings in Sept. knowing that the earrings were not available. Really disappointed in how long it took and lack of communication

My wife loved the blue John earrings. She was really surprised on Christmas Day. Ordering was easy and the purchase was delivered very promptly.
