It is also my daughter in laws birthday so I thought it would be nice to give her some flowers for giving up her day to join us. As the party is a surprise I need to make a secret delivery until the appropiate time for the presentation. Reece was most helpful in providing the information I would need. I will definitely be using them again.

However, I had huge struggles to find a florist that would deliver to Germany without mediocre reviews and excessive charges. Eventually found this company and was overjoyed. This site gave excellent options at excellent prices and was very easy to navigate having been pointed to the appropriate page for me, by the person I chatted to online. That person could not have been more helpful or professional. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

However, I ordered a single bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday. She booked the day off work so I knew she would be in for delivery. The full day goes by and no delivery was attempted. After conversations with my neighbours, turns out it was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address. After paying a pretty extortionate price for flowers, and booking a day off work to receive delivery and still receive nothing I was concerned. I proceeded to reach out to explain the situation to a charming, charismatic woman named Megan. Only to be told because delivery had been attempted that there was nothing I could do in regards to a refund. I just had to re-schedule delivery for my now dead flowers. Awful client experience and extortionate pricing.

When I contacted Prestige they couldn't (didn't want to help). It was a case of thanks for your order and money, you may get your flowers some day, water gel is good for 5 days! I will never order from them again!
