Totally gutted for my mum, should have gone to Tescos and hand wrapped them myself. Certainly not worth £35, and certainly not worth the £5 postage from Royal Mail . Will never use again.

Contacted customer service and replacement was sent but still the same poor quality. They do not in the slightest resemble the images online even after paying extra to upgrade to large. Better quality bouquet from a supermarket.
