Got a great deal on a laptop. Don't mind a few scratches or cosmetic issues for the big savings. Also they are on the lid but you don't see it when your are using it.

The website is easy to use and able to filter to get the laptop of choice. Service was quick and efficient and when I emailed had a quick reply. My only problem was that purchased an A grade where no screen issues and laptop has a screen mark that affects the overall quality. So overall happy but somewhat disappointed the screen was not as stated

Have waited over a month to review product, can only say product (surface pro 4) has exceeded expectations from tier 1, first time purchasing from company and first time buying a refurb, have purchased for son for homework plus use of Serato dj software, many reviews for brand new laptops in this price range either were very poor and/or had very poor spec, so took a gamble on buying a refurb for first time, first off very good price, considering the unit was graded as B stock it exceeded the overall look i was expecting, screen is in perfect condition, body casing also very near perfect, only cosmetic mark noticeable were on the usb port through obvious wear and tear, but only noticeable when looking for it, port itself works with no issues, overall the unit runs very very smoothly, touch sensitive screen is very responsive with zero lag, more so then many newer ipads, have had no issues with any software a month on as of yet. Apps run very smoothly and load times appear fast, faster then certain laptops that have been tested against, have done minimal multitasking but unit seems to handle it pretty well, slight fan noise can be heard but barely noticeable, battery life also appears good for age of unit, unit will charge up to 100 percent within 1hr30mins -2hrs and when fully charged depending on usage i believe the unit will remain on for roughly 5/6hrs with light continual use and most likely 4/5 hours heavy continual use. unit meets all the requirements i purchased for and considering the age of this model, it has been an excellent buy, highly recommend tier one off of this first purchase, delivery was within 2 days off of their standard delivery option which was very good turnaround time, charger also included. excellent purchase.

I was looking for a decent quality refurbished laptop. Found exactly what met my requirements at Tier1. Product listings are excellent with specs and condition clearly stated. Also impressed that the website is accessible when using screen reading software. 😁Ordered my lovely Lenovo on 10th Jan and received it by 13th! it looks an feels almost as brand new and is running great, so far. I'll be recommending this company to friends and family.

I know I bought the phone as a category C but buy gum. There’s a lot of scratches on the screen got a pay. Do I have a new screen now?

Products are exactly what they say they are and if there is an issue they will sort it, but no transaction is ever as easy as it should be and the service over the past few years has dropped significantly. I have bought several laptops and tablets and they were all as advertised, very short battery life on all products but condition has been OK. Recently I had unreported damage on a tablet, it was exchanged without issue. The alternative they sent had not been cleaned, I doubt it had be part of their stock as it stank of cigar smoke and was extremely grubby. I find the whole operation disappointing, as it could be so good if they cared just a little bit more. It seems they only do what they have to and no more!
