Laptop turned up in good condition visually. Unfortunately it has very poor battery life. Went down from 100% full charge to 0 in around a hour. Half of which was internet scrolling. The rest was on and off checking for a few minutes at a time. I would have expected it to last longer as the predicted battery life was saying 4.5 hours battery life. Only had this half a day so far so will need to see if there are any other issues going forward

Recently purchased a 3rd Gen Lenovo Yoga. Condition was perfecft but it had a sticky / clacky key and a problem with the CMOS battery. The service was impeccable prompt, polite and the laptop was swapped out within 48 hours. Late realise the stylus /pen was missing again 2 x stylus delivered the next day. Excellent after sales.

Ordered on December 7th. No communication until I called today December 19th. Supposed guarantee of delivery before Christmas. Now not possible. Was a Christmas present for Granddaughter. Very poor service. No apology.
