United Kingdom | 13 December 2024I have used Maple a couple of times recently, and the service is excellent. At Gatwick there is not the usual scrum to find your parking company when you arrive. They take photos of your car, so no arguments if there is any damage. The cars are parked close by (Gatwick), and always ready for you when you return, no phoning necessary, and no wait. Also you don't have to pay to exit the parking. Will be always using them in the future.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024Avoid this parking service... I took their service from mid november to early December. Given the prefectly fine car everything was smooth. When i came from my trip saw a big crack on windscreen. Immediately ask the receiption lady who handover my car key to me. She said to me company will take care for you dont you worru just provide the image to email. We just landed after 10hr flight plus another additional hours to reach airport. My mood was spolied but i was sleep deprived. So i said will talk to customer service and reciption lady took the picture of my car and reg. Now mapel parking customer service saying T&C we dont give a shit about your car. Paid 250 pounds for parking. That's what delivered to us. On the serive we both waited in cold early morning for more than 30 mins. I saw 4 time eurocar bus pickup customer and dropping them off. Cant reply on the comment made by maple. I have read the clause and its written there "unless" its caused by negligence but it is actually negligence on your part, I gave you my car without any chips or crack on windscreen and you returned my car with the big crack. Provided you before and after photos.
