Having in the past being limited to an organisation (whom I shan’t name here) that dominated this industry for decades —and whose offer was of very a rudimentary capability at a very high price— I was relieved to see some innovation and creative disruption in this market. The SureSafeGo device is a really well thought out piece of tech that exceeds the capabilities, quality and redundancies of the competition. It’s highly customisable and supported by some very capable customer service agents. I was especially struck by their depth of knowledge and empathic handling of my queries. Their evident understanding of the needs of a family trying to balance an elderly relative’s strongly held desire to maintain her independence with the imperative that she be able to summon help should she needs to, the Personal Alarms team were refreshingly keen to apply their expertise to provide a tailored solution matching the service/hardware specification to our individual requirements. The choice for us was a SureSafeGo pendant, which at present we have chosen to monitor ourselves but in due course will most likely upgrade to the external monitoring as required. This device allows direct communication via a cellular Sim, fall protection, geofencing amongst other features, and is both unobtrusive in form factor but also clearly very well built. I certainly feel that this was the right choice for my family. The peace of mind afforded both mother-in-law —suffering from mild dementia, chronic stubbornness and an acute tech aversion— and the wider family through having a system in place in which we have complete confidence in is quite literally life changing! Both my wife I cannot recommend this company more highly. Thank you Daniel and team.”

The pendant arrived within 24 hours and is easy to set up.Tested with the 24 hr control. This is backed up by an App that enables family to monitor that state of the pendant.

Even more happy that when I called the support line too early they called me back to say they had a missed call from me and then talked me thru how to geo fence the property to protect my mum. Top company and product. Send it out next day delivery so we had it in time for release from hospital even tho it was a bank holiday.

The original Go Pro watch was not suitable, as living in a rural area with poor 2G reception the battery was draining too quickly. Being blind, Kenneth was unable to charge it himself, and as he lives alone, this became a problem. Daryl Yates, to the rescue !, he explained things perfectly, we've now swapped for a Fall Safe alarm and every one is happy and safe. Thanks, Daryl. Everyone was straight talking and very helpful, a pleasant change, these days. Top marks so far.
