United Kingdom | 18 October 2024I decided on recommendation from Which Magazine to purchase a fall watch from SureSafe Alarms for my stepson who has seizures. over the last weekend of September having asked a number of questions to SureSafe alarms customer services regarding the feasibility of a wrist alarm for my stepson. I then ordered the watch which SureSafe alarms stated that it would arrive the next day however, it did not arrive till 2 days later. I charged the watch up as per instructions and within 6- 8 hours it was uncharged, so it needed recharging again. After the next charge again it only lasted 6 - 8 hours. On the 3rd October I contacted Customer Services and they told me they would get the tech team onto the problem and hopefully get the problem rectified and they would contact me on Monday 7th October. No contact on the day so I contacted them at 4pm on that day and was told Tech Team had not looked at the problem yet but hopefully the next day they would be in contact with me hopefully with the fault rectified. Some hope again no contact so by Wednesday lunch time I contacted them and told them this watch was Not Fit for Purpose and that I wanted to return it as a faulty item and have a full refund. The watch was sent back to them that day and they received it on Thursday 10th October, but I did not get any acknowledgement that they had received it, (Luckily I sent it back first class signed for). I had to contact them the following Tuesday to find out what has happened to my refund for the watch, and I got some waffle from the customer service agent that seemed to me that they were not interested in customers that have had problems with their products. I would certainly not recommend this companies products or services. Shame I cannot give negative stars for this company that is not customer friendly. I have purchased another fall watch from a different company which I will be giving a glowing review for (CPRGuardian).

I ordered the product and then got a phone call saying that your staff member had noticed I'd not ordered the non-removable bracelet. This mistake was quickly recitifed with minimum hassle. Watch came quickly and was exactly as described. Help was offered at all stages.

If returned within 30 days you refund. Keep it you paid £179.50 and monthly costs there after. No matter how it's advertised as a really great offer. How is this different to if I purchased the pendant and monitoring, without a 30 day trial? Is the 30 day trial the temptation here, although 14 day guarantee applies for this under consumer law? I will amend score once I understand if this is a great offer or as it appears fancy , clever , and deceptive. I don't seem to get different totals which ever way I chose order the pendant. Sorry if this is a website issue. I will update once I hear the benefit . Update. Thanks for below, however not sure that there is an offer at all then. As pay for 1st month then refunded if return equipment. If you continue no refund. I was really hoping had found a great deal and aid. That id amend my rating once it was rectified. Apologies. Disappointed.

Having the security which comes with wearing it , both within the home environment and wider afield, has given my Sister the confidence she lacked when moving around. The GPS tracking element and the App provide a great way of being able to check up on the well being of my Sister without having to constantly call her during the day.

Very polite and always willing to help with any problem We had an issue with watch so had to use the call button twice,thay were so nice asking to make sure everything was OK, and we explained what had happened .Thay said glad you are ok,nothing was to much for them.
