Ordered my watch, it was delivered quickly, it was very easy to set up, so far seems to be doing the job, although not using all the services yet as we don’t need at this time. The watch is also aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I was worried that it would be too bulky and masculine, but it’s not even on a very thin wrist!

Excellent service. Product is perfect and easy to set up and use. It achieves all claims made including that it works even if you have left your phone at home.

When I brought the product secondhand I didn't know the SIM card was inactive. I had a lovely conversation with suresafe and they sorted it straight out for me. As I have a disabled mum I now have peace of mind that she is safe. Well done SURESAFE

The SureSafeGo personal alarm (wrist) has been a source of reassurance for the user (my mum) and her family. It's a sophisticated piece of technology that works well and the contracts (3, 6, or 12 monthly are very reasonably priced IMHO. The only reason I've given 4 not 5 stars is the promised reminders via email that contract is coming to an end have not been forthcoming and we need reminding! This resulted in an overlap of a week when alerts (luckily only to charge the equipment) were not being sent to allocated family members. However, the team were quick to respond to both emails and voicemails and the gentleman (Andrew) who spoke to me initially to review the issue and then to my mother to reboot the alarm was extremely patient and kind. Mum was thrilled wiith how he explained things to her so that she (an older person who is not particularly tech savvy) was able to sort the issue therefore she was safe again. All the customer support team have acted quickly to right the couple of teething issues we've had in a kind, professional manner and I certainly would recommend the company both for the team and the product. Oh and I've put the contract renewal date in my phone alert diary 😄

Daryl was so kind and informative. I did not feel pressured into a sale and appreciated having the time to think about it. When I contacted him to say I wanted to go ahead it was such a simple and fast process. I feel so safe with the device. Terry in. Customer Service has answered numerous questions from me with empathy and humour. I am made to feel a valued customer and never a nuisance with a query.

I bought it for my 90 year old dad so we can keep an eye on him when he’s out on his walks and peace of mind if anything happens he can contact us with a push of a button.The GPS allows us to know where he is if in trouble which gives us all a peace of mind, Thoroughly recommend company and product

Very easy to top up credit on my Nan’s personal alarm for her - gives the family peace of mind

Daryl was the first to answer the phone to me and was extremely helpful and courteous. An equally helpful chap in Customer Services helped me to fill the form in and two days later my watch arrived ! It is very easy to use and recharge. I could not be happier with it. Yesteday I let it run down as my son was coming round to help me put the magnetic strap on and a nice lady from Sure Safe rang to check that I knew it had run down. Altogether a very happy experience.

I have recently set up a personal alarm for my mum. I had a few questions beforehand so I phoned Suresafe . I received a call back from Daryl who was very friendly and answered all of my queries. I signed up over the phone and received the alarm within 2 working days. It was very easy to set up and we particularly like the fact that it works on a roving signal, meaning it can be used indoors, in the garden or when out and about. We tested the alarm and although Mum is slightly hard of hearing, she could hear the operative very clearly. We can also track her steps to make sure she is up in the morning and call her on the alarm via the app if she is not answering her phone. We are all very happy this gives us peace of mind that Mum can call for help 24/7. I would definitely recommend this product and the service has been great so far.
