An excellent service for a reasonable price. The device works well, thankfully we have had no actual emergency alarms yet but it is very comforting to know that help is only a button push away. The automatic function works well, importantly it does not give out lots of false alerts. The top-up process for another year of cover was straightforward.

The initial response from you was extremely helpful to me but because I’m not good at remembering info my son telephoned and John was extremely helpful to him too. Unfortunately the watch, my choice, was too big so we changed to a fob now fully operational. I’m very pleased with the fob.

Contacted Sure Safe today. As an existing customer (3 years) with the company today. I was having issues with charging my pendant. The call centre had contacted me earlier to say that my pendants battery was running low on charge. The subsequent service that I received was definitely 5 star. I can recommend the service that this company gives to anyone. Although probably not the cheapest on the market. They give excellent value for money and at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Special thanks to Darrell for the service that he provided.

Sure safe is not only a great product, it has the staff in the background that are always there to follow up and make sure everything is ok. I even recommended this to some nurses at the local hospital when taking my Dad for one of his many appointments. They were super impressed and on a return visit one of the nurses thanked me after purchasing one for his Mum.

Purchased the SureSafeGO Family Monitored alarm watch for my 88 year old mother but unfortunately she was unable to do the strap up so I rang SureSafe and spoke to a lovely helpful lady. I asked if it would be ok to swap the watch for the SureSafeGo Family Monitored + App alarm pendant. No problem - the pendant was sent the next day with an envelope to send the watch back. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with regards to the subscription (needed for the SIM card for GPS) by an extremely helpful Yvonne who is the customer care team leader. She was very helpful and understanding and to be honest can’t praise her customer service highly enough. Customer service is very important these days and these guys have it in bucket loads - thanks very much for all your help, emails and understanding of our situation. Would I use SureSafe again - ‘sure’ would 👍
