What great customer service! From promptly replying to my initial questions to helping set up Location information, this company was top-notch. No AI. Instead, I communicated with a very knowledgeable human (Daniel). I will definitely recommend SureSafe Go to others. The peace of mind knowing that my dad can call family members for help first is priceless!

There were no problems.I was able to talk to someone to discuss the product,on line forums were easy to complete, Product arrived quickly. I do find the watch strap difficult to fasten and I have had to order a magnetic one to replace it which is extra expense .The watch is rather large but the biggest advantage is that I can speak into it if I have a problem. I Ihave recommended the product to my friends.

I had a good few questions about this device before I bought and my questions were answered immediately and in detail. I ordered one and the instructions were easy to follow and I soon had it set up. I got this for my 90 year old employer and we are very happy with it. GPS is very accurate….. we have tested it a few times. The speaker is very clear and it is very simple to use. I’ve added a year of credit to the SIM card. Again,a very easy to follow process. I’ve tried a few options…. A call button that went to a call centre….. it was no good for us…. Took seven minutes sometimes for them to respond. I tried another one,worked great in the house,but once in the garden and no WiFi it was useless This product ticks all the boxes and finally we are happy that we have the perfect product.

My questions prior to ordering were answered. The website is easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze. Instructions for use are simple and the set-up went very smooth. The device works great and we hope our elderly mother never has to use it but it's there if she does!

The advisor was really friendly and helpful and we felt reassured that my sister who suffers with MS would benefit from having the watch. My father also has the watch and it gives us peace of mind that should anything happen to either of them they are in SureSafe hands❤️

I ordered a fob, having had one previously I thought I was buying like for like. When I realised I hadn't SureSafe sent me a replacement the next day with no charge. Excellent service.

This looks a great product and is a premium brand at £179 plus subscription. but it just doesn’t work, even for people who understand tech. Also it’s designed to make you buy extras with things like the strap not being suitable for old people (even young people can’t do it up) so you have to buy a different strap so the customer can actually remove the watch to charge it etc. there is no volume control so hard of hearing won’t even be able to hear anyone. Really really poorly designed and obviously not by someone who actually is old or has arthritis I hard of hearing etc. The customer service is also really poor with issues ignored or only part answered. We haven’t even used the watch as it won’t work, suresafe took the subscription then cancelled it but didn’t refund the money and we cant do the watch up…to which it was suggested we spend another £30 on a different stap!! so when it does go wrong no one can help or actually deal with your issue. For something so expensive that is detailed as being suitable for elderly it’s hugely misleading. Better and cheaper products on the market avoid.
