United States | 03 April 2025My scooter S2 Lite had very little use and also, I kept my Hiboy scooter in perfect condition, the useful life was 14 months. You pay a very high price for a very low quality. Technical support immediately disregards the problem when it sees that the product is out of warranty. What a disappointment!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

When my previous Hiboy P7 bike was stolen, I ordered a new one, and their team went above and beyond by providing me with a free bike lock to help prevent this from happening again. Additionally, they did everything possible to ensure I received my new bike within two days, understanding how important it is to me as my main commuter vehicle. As for the bike itself, it’s fantastic, and I’m really happy I could purchase it again.

The scooter is smooth, fast, and has a long battery life, which makes it perfect for commuting. The build quality feels strong and reliable. The suspension helps on rough roads, and the brakes are responsive. The app is also a nice touch, allowing me to track speed and battery easily. One small issue is that the scooter is a bit heavy to carry, but that’s expected for a powerful model like this. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a solid electric scooter!

United States | 24 February 2025I needed a part sent to an unusual mailing address ('call service') and it was rejected by the shipping store one time and didn't arrive the second time. Hiboy customer service continued working with me and the part finally arrived when I switched to a conventional mailing address. As others have noted, it's a fairly slow process, 3 weeks from request to receiving part, and you won't necessarily get a tracking number before the part arrives, but customer service will stay right there with you trying to resolve the problem.

Canada | 18 February 2025Bought a highboy p7. Put it all together. No problems. Plug battery in the charger doesn't work. Contact the company. They want me to jump through hoops. Just to tell me the battery charger is not working. I'm going to try to sell my bike locally and buy a different brand. Not satisfied at all after having a good look at the bike, I noticed the front cable is threaded between the forks. Very dangerous

United States | 30 January 2025Something was going on with the charging process for my Max Pro Scooter. I was pretty worried, as I use it every day. I reached out to customer support, they responded within a reasonable time and were able to review the issue with engineering, but also provide a solution. They ended up mailing me a new charger and that did the trick. Can't say enough about that. I had another brand of scooter (*ehem* Gotrax) with issues previously, and the outcome of my complaint was handled with apathy with no resolution offered except to wait for when a part became avail, which was TBD.

The Hiboy response team was extremely timely (even during the Chinese new year) and treated with my respect and understanding while shipping me a new tire as well as a back up in case it happens again. They have earned my business commitment.

United States | 24 January 2025I ordered the Hiboy X300 on my birthday for my first electric scooter. The scooter came about 4 days later. This scooter is awesome I know this is my first scooter so not alot of experience to go off of but I really like it. It looks sleek but rugged, the ride is very smooth and it is built solid. I initially had some newbie questions about tire pressure and future replacement parts and customer service helped by answering all my questions. So far very pleased with Hiboy.

What impressed me the most, though, was their excellent customer support. I had an issue with my scooter’s display and battery, and their team was incredibly helpful. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and resolved my issue without any hassle. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days. Highly recommend both the product and the company.

I emailed customer support and they responded within 24 hours and then shipped off my part immediately to my house. I am so satisfied with their support and would highly recommend
