These guys parade as a plumber wholesale outfit but for the most part they’re just another retail outlet with the same high prices (with few exceptions) as all the other online retailers. Their customer lack of service is astounding. Place order and some weird off-site payment method pops up. Received order confirmation with no mention of payment method. Phone calls, texts and emails go unanswered. Horrible experience.

Very poor customer service. I have been trying to resolve a problem for almost three months and no one from the company will help me. I have been disconnected four times. I had Toto toilets on the phone instructing Plumbers Stock several times. No results, YET!!!

I received great response from plumber stock save for one point. Jake promised I would receive a tracking number from the shipper. The shipper is who damaged the tank originally, but I have received no tracking number from any shipper. nevertheless, my new tank arrived and in record time. Also, it is in perfect condition.
