TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GET ITEM, ADDRESSED INCORRECTLY, SAT AT LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ALMOST A WEEK WITH NO EMAIL THAT IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED, MJ GEENGA SENT EMAIL ON DEC 13TH THAT THE ITEM HAD BEEN SHIPPED WITH A USPS TRACKING NUMBER, I CHECKED THE TRACKING NUMBER WENT TO A NEARBY POST OFFICE, NOT MINE AND SAT THERE FOR ONE WEEK AND THEN GOT RETURNED AND I DIDNT GET ANY NOTICE FROM PLUMBERSSTOCK THAT IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED UNTIL IT HAD ALREADY BEEN RETURNED THE WORST COMPANY DONT DEAL WITH THEM

Placed an order on Nov 24th for sink parts. As of today tracking shows the same info. Haven't get the order. Contact them 2 times via email, get the auto reply and never get an actual reply with requested info. Call them 2 times and after holding for 20 minutes I give up. The charge gas beed disputed and I will NEVER use them again.

I ordered (5) 36C03U-333 gas valves in 2022 to add to our stock, it was more than a year ago, When we got to the "new" gas valves on the shelf we noticed that we ordered the wrong ones, we wanted 36C03-333. One digit different (no "U"). I asked to return the wrong ones & exchange for ordering the correct ones & was denied. In my opinion that is the definition of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't buy from this company. They send me the wrong item not as shown on their web site then charge me shipping for their mistake.

This company runs scams I am fairly certain. I input credit card and paid, the payment on my CC statement shows it went through fine. These guys called me and said my payment hadn't gone through and I needed to send a cashiers check or money order. Two ways that aren't easily refundable when/if the product arrives and isn't working. The price is a significantly lower price than elsewhere, assuming so people jump at the deal. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. All customer service people I spoke with were rude, and I am positive were in India. Though they said they were in Utah. Not a chance. Beware!!
