United States | 17 November 2024This company adrvertises products on its' website that ehy DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK NOR INTEND TO HAVE IN STOCK. They then send a "Substitute" item (READ: lower priced generic and inferior quality altogether) tothe customer. Their customer service SUCKS! They DO NOT respond to email other than to say they received your email and will reply at a later date, which they never do. A complete scam company with B.S. reveiws wrtitten (the vast majority of the positive reviews, 95% plus) by bots or paid review companies. Save the time and aggrevation and blacklist this scam outfit from you list of places to buy from.

United States | 06 November 2024My experience with PlumbersStock was miserable from start to incredibly bizarre finish! I ordered a part on their site for $14.03 including shipping on 10/20, but when it hadn’t shipped 8 days later I emailed them. They did respond, but gave no apology or explanation, just assured me it would ship in 24 hours. When it still hadn’t shipped 3 days later, and the site still said the order was “Processing,” I emailed them again. This time there was no answer, but I did finally receive it the next day. Sure enough, it was the wrong part! So I emailed them again, and to assure a quick and easy exchange, I gave them the exact catalog number for the part they sent me, and the model number it fits, which was one digit off from mine. Simple mistake, simple resolution, right? Nope, they did what so many companies do these days, make the return process so onerous they hope you will just give up! They wanted me to send pics of the part, and the packaging! When I complained, they insisted it was their “Policy,” but it was not stated anywhere in their published return policy! They also told me they would not pay the return shipping because “this falls under a regular return!” What!? They consider them making a blatant mistake a “regular return,” like it was my fault? Obviously I wasn’t going to get anything close to a competent or professional outcome from this company, so I was forced to start a charge-back through my credit card, all this over $14! BTW, to this day the site still says my order is “Processing,” and all the links on the page send me to a dead page. They can’t even make sure their site works correctly! How in the world can a company be this incompetent and corrupt! I finally received the part quickly and professional from their competitor. So I suggest anyone else do the same first, before they are forced to deal with the worst customer service on the planet!

I contacted Plumbers Stock and sent John the pictures and information he requested from us. Our new Toto toilet was received in excellent condition. Thank you John for taking care of getting a replacement toilet for us. I would definitely order from Plumbers Stock in the future. It is great to know that they stand behind the products they sell.

I spent a lot of frustrating time searching and was about to pay a lot more locally for a heater that had more than I needed than it had features I wanted. The free shipping was icing on the cake.

United States | 06 October 2024So initially, this would have been lower stars because For some reason I didn’t get the email that said they shipped my product, so I had thought that they had not shipped it yet. But I reached out to Their customer service by email on a Saturday morning and John got back to me within one or two hours, with the news that my product had shipped and with a tracking number, and the information that it would arrive that evening. Which it did, and the part is exactly as I expected. So it actually took less than four days from when I ordered the part to its arrival by USPS.

United States | 25 September 2024Very poor customer service. Have sent at least 4 emails & text of a toilet that was received that was scratched with no response from anyone. I have left several vm with no response. I've spoken to MJ several times who indicates he will take care of the issues but he does not respond. Now I'm going to my bank to write a complaint and get a refund.

United Kingdom | 17 September 2024Sent a broken toilet - box fine, toilet broken. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, text or email. I was going to order more, but never again. UPDATE: They finally called back telling me that since my contractor didn't open the box within 14 days, I was out of luck. They called again and told me they'd work on it and get back to me later that day...3 days ago. UPDATE UPDATE: I never heard back. In fact I got a "we received your text" reply in December from a text I sent in September...and nothing else. I reached out to Toto who said that since their reseller Plumbers Stock repackaged the toilet before shipping, they couldn't help. I saved thousands and ordered and installed Kohler.
