I ordered a product but unfortunately could no longer use it. Ann was so helpful in the return process! I will be ordering again!!

My 1-gallon of coil cleaner liquid came spilled in the cardboard box, the box was all wet as the plastic bags inside the box had somehow leaked. Quantity of product received was inadvertently less than quantity ordered. Called Plumbers Stock and spoke to MJ who immediately took action to resolve the issue. Immensely happy with Customer Support and plan to be a repeat customer.

Don't believe a word they say. When it says free shipping, it means they will charge you $500 for shipping. I can't believe this place is still in business. Check out their BBB ratings- F They obliviously don't care about doing business in a fair real way.

We ordered an a/c register on May 25th, 2024, and it has not arrived or shipped as of June 6. The customer service rep at Plumbers Stock told me it is a made to order item and should get shipped from a third party on June 18. I said I would try to find it elsewhere and then call back to cancel the order. It took 30 seconds to find it on Amazon with a 25% lower price and delivery in less than 24 hours for free. I called back and got a different representative who told me he could not cancel the order and refund my purchase, despite the product not scheduled to ship for another 13 days. He asked me to send an email to the third party that manufactures the item and ask them to cancel the order. I told him that was his job and nobody runs a successful business with such poor customer service. He immediately hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a third representative of Plumbers Stock who said he would send an email to the third party manufacturer and request to cancel the order. I then called my credit card company and proceeded with a request to cancel payment to Plumbers Stock. The bank said they would handle all further contacts with Plumbers Stock. Obviously, I will never do business with Plumbers Stock ever again. You don't run a business charging more for your products and taking nearly a month to deliver something that Amazon delivers in 24 hours, for free.

I ordered it on a Saturday and wasn’t sure when it would ship out or when I would get it. Jake called me on Monday and confirmed the order had been received and it was shipping out that day I received it on Friday installed and it’s working perfect I really appreciate Jake calling me and letting me know the status. He’s a keeper that’s for sure.

Resolved all the issues for returning a defective item

Ordered materials May 17, 2024 called today and they have not shipped yet. 3-5 more days. No information provided that delivery was later than what they tell you 5-7 days. Beware.

I received a notification that our order had shipped, but the tracking number only seemed to include one item from the order. I e-mailed Plumbers Stock, and Jake answered my question promptly, and provided me with all the tracking numbers for my order.

The representative was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. the made the ordering process easy and in fact, my item shipped BEFORE the estimated time which was a bonus! Pricing is also very fair and competitive in the market

Do you ever get irritated by slow replies? I don't think so. Because they reply as fast as an express train. Thank you very much!

The call was answered immediately and not put on a menu merry-go-round. Although Rep. Jake stated that my order went out today, 5/29/24, there was no explanation as to why it took so long to go out, as my order was place 5/23/24.
