United States | 07 June 2024We ordered an a/c register on May 25th, 2024, and it has not arrived or shipped as of June 6. The customer service rep at Plumbers Stock told me it is a made to order item and should get shipped from a third party on June 18. I said I would try to find it elsewhere and then call back to cancel the order. It took 30 seconds to find it on Amazon with a 25% lower price and delivery in less than 24 hours for free. I called back and got a different representative who told me he could not cancel the order and refund my purchase, despite the product not scheduled to ship for another 13 days. He asked me to send an email to the third party that manufactures the item and ask them to cancel the order. I told him that was his job and nobody runs a successful business with such poor customer service. He immediately hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a third representative of Plumbers Stock who said he would send an email to the third party manufacturer and request to cancel the order. I then called my credit card company and proceeded with a request to cancel payment to Plumbers Stock. The bank said they would handle all further contacts with Plumbers Stock. Obviously, I will never do business with Plumbers Stock ever again. You don't run a business charging more for your products and taking nearly a month to deliver something that Amazon delivers in 24 hours, for free.

Jake called me on Monday and confirmed the order had been received and it was shipping out that day I received it on Friday installed and it’s working perfect I really appreciate Jake calling me and letting me know the status. He’s a keeper that’s for sure.
