MJ was awesome!

M J was so very patient and helpful. I called the day before, not sure who I spoke with, but he basically told me there was nothing he could do without me sending him a picture of what I received, even after I gave him all the info he needed to look up my order. MJ took the time to look up my order and confirmed that I received the wrong item. He explained what we needed to do in order to make it right. He did what he needed to do and I have done so on my end. I will be calling MJ back to get the correct product I wanted.

MJ is excellent in customer service. He searched for the order making sure is was correct, explained when it was shipped, when to expect it and the order then arrived a day early. Very impressive

I had an issue loading current information on an order via the online portal/order history. Customer Service / Mia S quickly answered my request for an update on the order/tracking and an invoice showing my credit card charge. Thank you!

MJ was amazing on the phone assisting me with locating my order. I was having TERRIBLE service in my office that day and while I was on hold for him to check on my request the call dropped. I was having a very busy day and before I could call back, thinking I would have to start the process over, MJ reached back out to me and we got reconnected! I have to talk to a lot of suppliers on the phone and not everyone has the courtesy to call me back if the call drops. I thought that was amazing. Very kind, patient, and personable on the phone. Great experience because of MJ!

Plumbers Stock sent me the wrong item in the picture and getting them to act was a nightmare. I've email several times with no response. I've called and all they said is we have to have from your email. They sent me a RMA# to return the product, however Fedex does not use RMA, so I have to drive home and make them give me a shipping label. I've followed several times for the status of my refund and had not luck. They do not care that my project is delayed and I cannot use my shower. They just sent generic responses. Run away from this company. The customer service was a joke and they pull a bait and switch. As you can see the other reviews for this company match my experience.
