I placed an order for a Gerber toilet on September 23, 2022, which was listed as being in stock with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. On October 7th, 2022 I received an email letting me know that unfortunately the item was now on backorder and they'd ship it as soon as it arrived. I have followed up twice with this company and in both cases they used the typical pandemic excuse that things are still difficult to get. Well today I decided to call Gerber directly to see if there was any truth to what they were telling me. Low and behold, Gerber says they have lots of stock available for the two pieces that make up the toilet I ordered! In fact, stock has been good for this product for some time now. Obviously there is a serious issue with Plumbers Stock if a consumer knows more about stock availability then their own customer service! On hold with Plumbers Stock now to see what they have to say for themselves. UPDATE: Per customer service's suggestion "since I can find it in stock through another vendor I should just go ahead and cancel my order" Buyer beware with this company they do not faithfully disclose their ordering practices - when I asked customer service if they had a threshold or order limit that has to be reached before a product can be ordered he said yes they did. Obviously they think their customers are too stupid to check stock levels with the actual vendor and that labeling something as "backordered" will suffice.

The rep that assisted me was responsive and got back to me even after business hours. Great products and customer service!

The person who took my call was helpful. My reason for the call is that I did not receive any type of tracking information for my package but once I called I did get the tracking information.

Franz, the representative I spoke to, was very polite and helpful, and processed my order over the phone. I was very happy that the product I wanted was in stock and included free shipping. The price was excellent as well -- a little lower than I found elsewhere.

I placed an order for 3 toilets on 10/19/22. The plumbersstock.com website showed all of these items in stock and ready to ship (which is still does right now at the time I'm writing this review). I e-mailed support numerous times to check on the status of my order. On 11/15/22 I received a response that my order had already been shipped but they were unable to provide a tracking number. Further e-mails to support went unanswered. I called to check on the status on 12/5/22 and was informed my order had been cancelled due to them not being able to fulfill the order. I'm not sure they ever planned to inform me they were cancelling the order. Additionally, I've yet to get my $4,487.26 returned. I do not recommend doing business with PlumbersStock.com

Bought the wrong item (manufacturer photo was misleading) - after a few phone calls the money was refunded. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful.
