I'd rate a 0 if that was an option. Approaching two years with wrong part shipped twice. Customer service is useless. No returned calls and hollow promises. Do NOT use plumbersstock.com. Date is 8/17/2021 but useless website will not allow proper entry.

Bernard has been extremely helpful in effectively communicating by email about the order status (six items from the manufacturer) as well as been very accommodating by shipping the available items (received via FedEx today) while waiting for the remainder to arrive. Much appreciated!! It can be stressful these days with supply chain issues but Plumbersstock has done a great deal to alleviate a lot of that worry.
