Reached out via text and received notification of the process along the way. Bernard was very helpful in reviewing my order and providing me information so I could have better insight on its delivery. I do have a concern for the actual order experience. While Bernard was excellent, it is concerning to me that my order, placed on 6/24 was not shipped until today 7/14. It makes me wonder if I hadn’t reached out, would I still be waiting a month from now for this critical shower part.

Ordered 40 sets of 12 packs of an item. Received 40 units. It took them 19 days to get the ordered item to me. Then when I reached out to try to get it straightened out, it took 8 additional days for customer support to respond back. They still weren't helpful, had to do a chargeback.

I ordered a Lennox filter on May 13, 2023, then opened an account on May 16th. I couldn't see the order (understandable), so I emailed, texted, and called asking them to connect my order to my account. I gave them both numbers, so they could see both entries in their computer system. It's now June 27th and I still can't see the order on my account. They tell me that the filters are backordered and may arrive in mid July. I'm seriously considering cancelling my order, deleting my account, and writing bad reviews to warn others away from this lousy company. My filter was FINALLY delivered on June 30th, a full month and a half after ordering. Do NOT buy from this lousy company, I never will again.
