I called PlumbersStock and I spoke to Frank regarding ordering a needed part to repair a master bathroom tub faucet so that I could sell my home. Frank was extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding the part.

They had what I was looking for!! I searched the internet looking for the hose to connect 2 rain barrels... and Home Depot, Menards, and Lowes did not carry it. BUT Plumbers Stock did and I have very happy. There was a minor problem with the shipment of the Kit purchased, but Plumbers Stock remedied the problem very quickly. I will DEFINATELY be ordering from them again!

I called today regarding a question pertaining to something I had ordered. The representative I talk to his name was Frank. He did an absolutely excellent job and give me exactly the information I was looking for. I was on the phone for only a couple of minutes it was nice. I’ll give you five stars for excellent service.

The ordering was very easy. They had what I needed and sent a confirmation of the order right away. I took away one star because in the confirmation they promised an e-mail with shipping date. I had to call and found out the package was being delivered that day. The service person was very courteous and efficient.

Speaking with Frank this morning while ordering a part for my husband's business was a very pleasant experienced. I did not feel rushed, and he confirmed spelling of emails, addresses and names ensuring that my order was placed accurately. He explained the product was shipping from a warehouse partner and that I would receive a tracking number once the shipping information was submitted. Also, he was patient with me while I asked him to wait while I conferred with my husband about the product and the purchase. It is refreshing to be listened to and well taken care of as a customer. Plumbers Stock is a great place to get plumbing supplies. I needed some hard to find parts that they actually carried at a good price. They’re phone support was extremely helpful.
