When I asked to talk to someone who would have the answers, I was hung up on. Shop elsewhere, this sad excuse of a "business" doesn't deserve your money!

United States | 02 June 2021Plumbers Stock absolutely sucks and is fraudulent. I purchased three items from their website - all three of which were said to be in stock and ready to ship. I even paid for three day shipping. It's 7 days later and I've received no shipping or tracking notifications, so I called customer support, which is horrendous in their lack of knowledge and willingness to help. On the call I was told that all the items were backordered and wouldn't be ready to ship for another couple of weeks. I asked to cancel all the orders, but they said I had to email support to do it. Are you f'ing kidding me? You've got the order pulled up in front of you! He also said that my credit card hadn't yet been charged, which was BS, as I had been billed 3 days before. Lots of lies and crap. So the call was not helpful in anyway. I immediately emailed the support team asking to cancel all my orders. I promptly received a response that said two of the items had shipped, but they canceled one item. What the F is going on - how can something be backordered and shipped at the same time? I responded to, again, cancel all my orders. We'll see what happens. I did a charge back on my credit card so I won't pay them a penny. Avoid at all costs. Fraudsters with a crappy website. I'd give negative bazillion stars if I could because Plumbers Stock is a dumpster fire.

United States | 21 May 2021They advertise short wait times in our case 16 days to get a product. We are at 6 weeks and are being told 1-2 more. Who knows? They don’t carry things in stock so they don’t have control. We have called and emailed several times. They blamed delta and delta has 6 of the item in stock according to another distributor. They said they are likely waiting for a bigger order from delta to save on shipping. Very misleading. And from the looks of it, a lot of fake 5 star reviews below.

United States | 15 May 2021I purchased a "White" toilet seat. The color has a greenish color to it. I contacted their support and sent a picture. "The warehouse manager said that it is not all the way white, it has a a bone color to it". They sent a replacement seat that is the same color. I have asked for a refund, but they want to change me $10.99 shipping and Handling fee to send it back. As a customer, having to be charged to return something that is out of their control is unacceptable. If they cannot send the correct color product, why am I changed to return the wrong color item?

United States | 03 May 2021It took 2 months to receive my order! If I had known it was going to take this long I would have ordered elsewhere. On another order, I ordered 10 kits (each kit is in a chintzy plastic bag). Half of the kits had broke through the plastic and all of the kits were mixed together. I asked for a return shipping label. Their customer service was a joke and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

United States | 19 April 2021We ordered a faucet from Plumberstock which was "in-stock". Three weeks later no part arrived, but we were charged $350 on our credit card (the part cost $100 with shipping). I texted then called the company. They assured me no charges have been made till the part ships which they are STILL waiting for. I let them know that I WAS charged, and showed them the statement. They said that it wasn't them?! But it was their name and address on the charge. We had to file a dispute with the credit card and fill out tons of paperwork. The part finally arrived two months after being ordered. Amazingly, it was the correct part in new condition. Today we found out our credit card has been cancelled because of a breach which left us stranded when making some purchases. I regret ever using this company and would have saved DAYS of my life just having ordered from a more reliable source. They have never officially said sorry or explained what happened.

I was buying fence, which Plumbersstock.com (an affiliate name with this business) was selling. On the main sight page they listed free shipping on items over $1000 USD, with the quantity i was looking to purchase my final price was ~$1200 USD. after adding the quantity to my shopping cart and using the companies shipping estimator tool, i then purchased the item in quantity sufficient. My e-mail confirmation even verified my understanding, stating clearly "Free shipping on items over $1000", and my receipt had "shipping: $0.00". Now imaging my surprise when 2 days later i receive an e-mail informing me my items need to be shipped by freight and will incur a $300.00 fee for doing so. I denied them permission to charge my card an additional $300, and informed them of my clear expectations as demonstrated on their site and my multiple documents of receipt from the company. To which this company referenced me to their shipping policy, stated that "We reserve the right to notify you after the order has been placed of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. Please note that these additional charges generally occur when shipping an item via freight. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to cancel or make any necessary changes to your order. Free Shipping Orders greater than 1000$ = FREE Ground Shipping Orders less than 1000$ but greater than $500 = %50 off Ground Shipping Free shipping is offered on orders over $1,000.00 that DO NOT have to be shipped common carrier freight (any item(s) over 100lbs, Toilets, bathtubs, water heaters)." Please not that I am perfectly fine accepting and understanding of these charges, however i am not ok with the Very deceitful method of employing these methods. I have been on MANY web sites searching for the fence i wish to purchase, due to COVID, the manufacturer has paused producing the particular fence i want and the comparable replacement is trick to track down. On the sites i have found it All the companies informed me the product would likely incur a freight charge which would be calculated during checkout. Plumbersstock is the only company which completely ignored that possibility on this items main page, ignored that possibility during checkout, and ignored that possibility on my receipt and e-mail confirmation. For a company to have been in business for 31 years already and miss the opportunity to appropriately inform a customer of the likely freight charge for any item/s over 100 lbs is not only NEGLEGANT but outright Deceitful and therefore of evil intent. I took the time to inform their customer service representative of that understanding. To their credit they did pass my remarks on to the manager of the department who responded well attempting to come to a reasonable resolution to my problem. The resolution I am seeking however is that the company clearly inform customers where their items will likely incur a freight or shipping charge, and not continue to be deceitful and evil leading customers to think that shipping is free only to buy a product and then be wrestled into paying more to get it. Other companies have been able to figure it out in their shipping estimator, checkout and followup. I'm not asking that they have it all figured out, I am asking that they simply have a tag on the Free shipping announcement that clearly indicates the reality of exceptions, and a link to the shipping policy, (at a minimum!!!) I informed them that my conscience requires me to inform anyone willing to listen to not support a company willing to acquire funds from customers through such methods. No efforts were made to make the shipping conditions more clear by the company, nor any indication of an inclination to do so. I realize the customer support representative is not involved in the programing for the website, and thankfully the manager did indicate they would pass on my concerns and returned my money in full. I can not purchase items from a company with policies intent on deceit and trickery, and I hope you do not either. They have an opportunity to correct this error and I hope they do. But until they do, please buy from an honest company with the integrity to treat you like a person of value who deserves to know what something costs.

Still waiting after 2 months so I called multiple times to find out that the CSR supervisors will not come to the phones and that the company support and management staff is located overseas (which explains the deceptive website & non-caring lack of professionalism). -I just wish that I had seen all these negative reviews before I placed my order!
