They don't know what it is. Won't send part that is missing from ad on their site. Kit is worthless without graphite bushing. You do not get what you paid for. No help from customer service. Not a good company.

United States | 11 August 2023A scam. They sent 2 broken toilets then told me I bought shipping insurance. I didn’t. They provide no proof & give you the name of a company that has no record of you or your purchase. You will end up disputing thru your cc company. A totally illegitimate business.

I called and talked with Jake, who answered all my questions and helped me with my order. He was patient when my credit card had a snafu and eventually all was fine. He sent follow up emails about the order and it came within a few days...great customer service! I'm looking forward to using this new machine.

After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?
