I was trying to change info on my order. Couldn't do it so I closed the page to start over. It placed my order anyway and took my money. I called to stop the order immediately. Didn't reach them til morning. Said they couldn't cancel or change order. Got order cancellation 2 days later. Received order 3 weeks later. Returned order unopened. I have postal confirmation they received it. They have no record of it and tell me no refund. Lost $179 for something I never ordered. Have reported them to the FBI. SCAMMED.

I never ordered eight units. I only ordered four but the customer service rep told me she’s gonna a 15% restocking fee and I have to send back the four units that I didn’t order back to California which is basically buying a brand new showerhead not great customer service not happy with the results or the outcome of the feedback that I gave sincerely, Frances Kerr

I had a great experience ordering and receiving my product. I tried it for the first time today and loved it. The water was soft and my hair and body felt soft and clean.

Love the shower head and filter, can definitely tell a difference after using it for a week now. Highly recommended

It is nice on my skin and hair. The only thing that I don’t care for is that the misty portion of the spray does not keep the same temperature as the main spray.

I purchased a Showerhead. Their website and checkout specifically tell you that the item will ship within 24-48 hours. Long story short, it took them over a month to ship the item. Over the course of the month, I attempted to contact the company via phone about a dozen times but you cannot speak to a live person. I left numerous messages and never received a returned call. I sent 2-3 emails a week for status updates and it would take them roughly a week to reply IF they replied at all, and when you finally could get a response it had zero information. Furthermore, once I finally received the item I discovered they proceeded to charge my credit card every month without my consent. The item purchased was a showerhead and their website shows a one-time purchase price. No where does it say it’s a recurring cost. It is evident in the little correspondence I received that English is not their first language regardless of the representative who helps you. This was a complete nightmare to deal with during the processing of my order and after I received it with their recurring fraudulent charges.

The shower is not worth the price and after three months I don't notice any difference in my hair or skin. On top of that, they have terrible customer service. Definitely don't get their bogus membership.

I purchased my shower head in January with the shipping indication of 2-3 weeks. After several communications I finally got it 8-9. Two uses in so far and the water feels nice and I feel less residue from our hard watter, BUT it is very low flow. And now I'm reading reviews about being charged for some membership? That worries me. I will be keeping an eye out for that for sure! I"m guessing there is another product/company out there with a comparable product to consider. No sooner did I post this when I went to my bank info to find they sure have been charging me some mysterious amount every month now. I have filed a fraud claim.

On-line shopping was easy peasy and the item delivered quick. The best part though is the water pressure is fabulous and I love the softness of the water❤️

Purchased the filtered showerhead , was charged an additional 50 dollars for a membership I never signed up for , product didn't even last 3 months and no longer works , contacted them and they wouldn't give me a refund. complete waste of money and would not trust this company. Product is trash and company is a scam. Would not recommend.

This product is garbage! Buyer beware!!!! Truly. I returned the shower wand immediately. It is made of plastic and did not even fit my shower! Then a charge displays on my credit card recently, which their company stated is a subscription! Why would I need a “subscription” on a product that I returned immediately? Customer service also is as horrible as the product! Avoid this EcoSpa at all costs!

I like this shower even my husband was excited when he tried it. It is easy to glide over the skin. I used to put body lotion after showering because water made my skin dry and itchy. Now I tried without cream and it was fine no itchy no dryness. I highly recommend it.

This company is a fraud! Ordered from them and never received products after being charged. They then signed me up for a VIP service for 37.78 a month. No way to cancel. They don’t answer phones FAKE!

Using this shower head is a unique and wonderful experience. It felt like a warm blanket of water was enveloping my skin, cleansing and refreshing. Installation was easy, though I recommend using plumber tape; I didn't, so mine leaks at the adapter.

I got the shower heads but nothing to hook it up with. On the box it clearly says to hook it up to the attachment. What attachment? I called and they said they were sending me for free...FREE??!! It should have come with it. It's been a few days and I still haven't received anything to hook it up with. So I am disappointed to say the least! I SHOULD HAVE JUST asked for a return because the hook ups probably won't come in time for my 60 day trial. Companies always do consumers dirty like that!!
