Diagnosed with eczema recently & feel water is the culprit as dermatologist deemed cause to be "environmental". Decided to add shower filter & wanted the best so after reading reviews chose Shower Envy. Have only used for a week so far but skin has definitely improved.

I love the shower head and the I can see a huge difference with my skin I am not happy about the fact that my credit has not been reimbursed yet and that I had ordered replacement stones for all 4 shower heads that I ordered and charged alot more than what was shown in the add. I was al;so charged for life time warranty which I did not want. I also do not know how often the stones are supposed to be replaced

I love the shower head and the 3 options of spray. It makes me feel better knowing the water is filtered as our city water is not that great. I also am very pleased with the customer service. They were prompt and answered any questions I had and provided me with the shower hose I needed to connect the shower head. I hightly recommend Shower Envy to you

I've only used my shower envy 2 times. So far I'm liking it. My eyes don't itch in the shower when I use it. I will review again after using it longer.

Company started charging my PayPal account $38/mo for some sketchy VIP benefits that I did not knowingly sign up for. I've written them asking for a refund when I finally caught the shady charges after two months of them. I am awaiting a reply. I did receive ONE shower head and TWO sets of beads. I have not used them yet so I cannot comment on whether it works or not. I'd rather return EVERYTHING and get a refund of ALL charges than do business with a company that charges you $38/mo for some unknown and worthless benefit. I hope they cooperate.

Returned unopened item as I did not authorize the purchase. For nearly two months have been attempting to receive my refund, not a good customer service department, if you have similar experiences best engage your credit company for refund assistance, as this company will attempt to wear you out, have you forget about the case, or plainly give up.

While I love how this makes my skin and hair feel amazing, it drains my hot water tank completely in about 15 minutes.

My order that I put in still hasn't shipped its been 3 weeks now. They send me review emails before I even get the order. How am I suppose to review something if I didn't get it yet.

ShowerEnvy sucks. Water spews out of the head in several directions and doesn’t come out uniformly. They refuse to give me a refund even though I contacted them within the “60-day money back guarantee” timeline. It’s all a scam. Don’t waste your money here.

It was very easy to install. I love the water pressure and different settings. Never going back to a regular shower head.

I have used for about 10 days and am very happy with this product. It has a wonderful spray and I have a lot more water pressure than with my old showerhead. It took longer than expected to arrive, but otherwise has been a great experience.

I ordered the showerhead and extra cartridges. The showerhead started leaking just a few months after using. I contacted customer service they wanted a video to see what was happening. Appallingly showed them the leak in the video and was told that I could get a replacement for $18 feeling that I should not have to pay for this I did go ahead and pay for the replacement, on January 3 I never received the showerhead and inquired about it was told it was shipped two different times then today I asked for a refund as we could not wait any longer. We have already had to replace this particular shower head then I get an apology stating that apparently mine got lost in the mail that it was shipped out on the 13th , which is actually 10 days later than they said the first time I was told they would update me when they re-shipped this item. I’ve already told them I do not need this item to refund me. I do not know how to get across to this customer service that their product is crap and they’re shipping. Crap I just want my money back do not purchase this product you will only be disappointed to their customer service. Literally sucks too.
