Our water is so hard and this shower head softens the water so easily. My skin feels much better and doesn't flake. My hair no longer has a buildup and I use less shampoo. I just wish I tried it sooner. This brand is the best. I already ordered extra stone filters for when it is time to replace and treat the originals! Best product for hard water showers!!!🥰

I was so excited to get this shower head and filter system. My hairdresser actually told me it may be a good idea since I notice that my color fades so easily after getting it done. Hard.water. After I installed it, it was leaking. I wrote to them and they asked if I had used the tape or not, I didn't :-(. So after taking it off and using the tape, it worked! Most excellent customer service. works great and my hair holds color and is soft and shiny.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The showerhead shot water out in different directions and hits you in the eye or the wall. I’ve been fighting with them for 4 weeks trying to get my money back. They refuse to give me a full refund because I’m not returning a product the way I received it in the box. I said that’s because I tried to use it and it shoots water out all over. They still refuse a full refund even though their product is defective. And I have had two unauthorized charges on my card. Worse company ever. Went with them because they are in the USA but it’s been an awful experience.

I LOVE this shower head! It has excellent water pressure, it's easy to remove and put on the base, and it only takes a tap to switch from one spray mode to another. It comes with replacement filter beads. Definitely worth buying.

I ordered this about 2 months ago and felt a difference almost straight away. My skin doesn't feel tight any more and I don't have loads of dry skin buffing off with the towel when I dry off afterwards. It's also helped my hair be less lifeless and dry. Super easy to fit onto my standard mains bar valve shower.

This company stole money from my bank account, acted like they didn’t know why, then I disputed the whole transaction and refused there package and oh, it was pop up ads. Liars and thieves. Also, on the Better Business Bureau website I submitted a complaint, they won’t answer any complaints and are listed as a scam company that doesn’t refund or guarantee anything and oh yea, they steal from your bank account. If you send items back to them they tell you they were damaged in the mail. Which I work for usps, this is false and should be considered a federal crime, lying about how they receive or don’t receive packages and stealing from bank accounts. FYI, if you want a shower head that they are selling on their drop site, visit Temu or AliExpress, they sell between $6 and $15. This company is a scam and they need to be prosecuted for federal offenses.

This showerhead is great. As promised, the pressure is great and very easy to install. Also, I emailed customer support to ask them for an update in regard to the shipment of the order. They responded immediately and provided the tracking information of my order. I realize this wasn’t really “customer support,” but it shows that they’re on their game and willing to respond quickly if you reach out to them. I would definitely recommend, it and also buy it again.

LEAKS,LEAKS,LEAKS !!!!!!! I had to hire a plumber to get the vertical shower head installed properly and spent $80. Fortunately, they worked with me on partial refunds which approximately paid for the plumber. With the Ionic; the hose is skewed with the configuration of my shower . For returns, I have to pay the full shipping cost and there isn't any full money back guarantee.

So I ordered the whole kit, shower head, filter for 79.95. When I checked my bank account, they took another 26.25 out for something I never bought. I told them to refund me the money which they never did. And then yesterday, I saw another withdrawal for 37.78 for I don't even know what for. When I emailed them, they said I signed up to be a VIP member-- I said I never did? Why would a normal person sign up for something silly like that? So now I am going to the bank tomorrrow to close my current card and open up a new one because of these scammers! BEWARE! Do not order from these people. The product does not even work. My hair is frizzy and my skin is dry, This is a SCAM!

I have hard water and it was drying out my skin and hair. Having grown up in a house that had a soft water system, I had never experienced having frizzy hair and dry skin. Since I changed to this shower head, my hair and aren’t as dry as they were before.

Shower Envy & Eco Spa are a shady shady company. I order and write reviews for hundreds of products, never in my life has signing up on a mailing list or texts promos, have I ever committed to being charged a monthly program. This company scams you into thinking your signing up to receive discounts, free shipping, and even free products? Sign up for nortex.vip and get all that and more! Ironically, their site does not even load.. which is where you would be able to view these so called “benefits” …sounds even more suspicious and scammy. But if you fail to drop down the arrow box, it’s really locking you into a monthly charge of $37.78. Why would I ever agree to monthly charges AT $40 A MONTH FROM A SHOWER COMPANY?! And to receive nothing in return. They basically stole this money from me. This is so beyond poor on the company and I’m sure I am not the only one who was duped and had money stolen from me. In addition, I never received follow up emails of this VIP club explaining in more details of these charges (because they don’t want to draw attention to the charges) nor did I receive a receipt of monthly charge (because they do not want to draw attention to it) so I was sucked into 4 months of charges on my credit card before I even noticed what was happening. I want to get the word out there to others to beware of their shady little tricky scam to get your money and be careful when purchases although they should never purchase from this company’s bad business.

Purchased but did not receive an email confirming. Showed up weeks after ordering. Had to order attachments to have it fit a normal shower and had to pay separate cost and shipping. Although ordered same day, parts to attach arrived on a different dates than the shower attachment. All parts look very cheaply made. I have used quality shower filters for years. Thought to try what I thought was new technology. It is a waste to purchase this brand. I will not install. Went with shower system I have used successfully for years. Again thought I was upgrading to better technology. Not so, very cheap product and can see from other reviews its difficult to return. I would agree given I did not receive and email confirming purchase. I did receive an email asking me to review their product but no reference to my order though. I would NOT recommend purchasing. It is sad in a way -- I always love to support new small businesses. This one was a disappointment. In reply to your message below - my name is correct. I did purchase your items as described. Do not insult me further. I do not like to leave truthful disappointing reviews. Several other reviewers have indicated the same as I have truthfully. I would not waste my time leaving a negative review for something if it wasnt true. Your product is cheaply made and Customer Service non-existent. I wish I never ordered this. The product came in a damaged box. The shower head itself plastic and looked very cheap. This would'nt last a week with my family. When I tried to return they give you the biggest hassel I have ever gotten. This is the biggest scam, all they want is your money.

A hairdresser recommended this shower head a few months ago for my blonde hair. Ordered one immediately. It did take a couple weeks to get it but, well worth the wait! The pressure and feel of this is awesome. I just ordered a second one for my camper. Thank you!
