Wonderful soft water! Love the gentle shower feels like a rain shower in Hawaii and hoping the water particles in my water here dissolve. I did notice fewer than normal with first use!

This shower head has completely changed my showering experience. The head has increased the water pressure considerably and my hair is no longer flyaway from untreated water. I suggest this product to anyone with well water or chlorinated water to get the best water possible.

I went to place my order, then I decided not to, and erased my info. on their website.Later that day I noticed a confirmation #. I immediately emailed them to cancel transaction, response was that they couldn’t do that, meanwhile it was a pending amt. posted on my credit card amt. Waited for it arrive and sent it back refused. After 2 wks. they said they located the pkg. and would refund half the amt. In checking back on my credit card, they withdrew the amt. owed instead of depositing it. Emailed them and getting the run around. The person I dealt with is a Alissa K. I also called them after talking to my bank, you get the normal recording/ greeting to stay on the line and someone will be with you, and they never pickup!!!! DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!

They had a promotion going on where the shower head apparently cost was $32...,I went on the site and place an order which came up to $89. Once I entered my credit card information the total magically charged to $119. I emailed and I was told the additional fees were for express shipping and lifetime warranty. I placed the order on November 13, 2023 today is December 5, 2023 and I have not received the item. I have been emailing and getting very general answers and no confirmation of my shipping number. I requested a refund 3 days ago, no one responded, however I received and email this evening stating my order was just mailed. To bad I already talked to my attorney. Don't order from these people, they are not legit and clearly have no customer service skills.

This is by far, the best shower head we’ve ever had or used anywhere. We bought the stationary one with the vitamins A and E, or maybe it’s A and C, don’t remember. In addition we purchased the 15 stage filter to add to it. It is so powerful that we only need to turn it on a fraction of what we did with others. The whole showering experience has been wonderful, especially when it comes time to rinse our hair. Customer service is second to none too! I don’t remember how long it took to ship it to us but it wasn’t overly long. About normal shipping times I would say. I don’t know how I could ever go back to a different shower head.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered by far. I have been waiting three months for a showerhead and filter I paid $133 for. I have not received my order and they refuse to refund me or allow me to speak with a manager. I have sent 46 emails in total, never lost my patience, used profanity, or anything of that nature. I am kindly asking for the money I paid for be returned for a product that was never delivered. If a company cannot honor this simple request, I feel the need to warn others.

Buyer beware, I was on my way to complete a transaction and decided not to, erased my info. Never placed an order. A day later I get an email that my package is on the way, no confirmation was sent day of alleged transaction. I emailed them and said I want to cancel order. They said that’s not possible. So waited for postal person arrived, said I want to refuse this and send it back. Postal person agreed, scanned pkg. I wrote REFUSED on unopened pkg. Emailed shower envy and told them I sent it back unopened w/ Refused on it. They told me I would be paying for return postage, a 15% restocking fee and they required a tracking number. Mind you this all happened right before Black Friday and cyber Monday. Don’t order this is a scam!

I installed one a couple weeks ago, a recommendation from my son. Got the large filter and the small beads. My fiance reaction was wow that shower head feels amazing. Never had that reaction from other ones before. For me I just to stay in the shower, it feels that good.

I love it. I have noticed my skin isn't as dry. My legs would always be dry and flaky and I would have to put lotion on. Not anymore. Also, my hair is softer. Who knew the problem with my skin and hair was the water and yucky shower head! I would recommend this to everyone.

Everything it says it does it actually does. Definitely increased the water pressure even in an older-style home that is slowly being upgraded. I love the different water settings and I loved how smooth my skin felt after just the first use. It also made a huge difference in my skin. Thank you so much for this!

Fantastic Showerhead (Showerenvy)! This shower head is fantastic. The best thing is that showering is now a pleasure. It's like standing under a gentle waterfall. Only sell shower head- NEED additional purchase for attachments to CONNECT- the customer service is terrible! SCAM SALES SEVERAL emails to cancel an order (order was cancelled within minutes of making due to mis-information/ parts not included) Still wanted to charge 10% for NOTHING. STAY AWAY- BETTER PRODUCTS/SERVICE OUT THERE

Scam company. When I called them out with actual facts they deleted my comments and then kicked me off their site so I couldn’t warn people! You can’t cure autoimmune diseases or severe atopic dermatitis by a shower head! Nice try tho. I’m an esthetician and massage therapist and healer with crystals. I’m a professional and their claims are false and they are a scam business! BEWARE!

This really does work. My hair gets very frizzy because I get perms. After using the Shower Envy for about a couple of weeks, my hair isn't frizzy anymore. The water here is full of chemicals and is hard on my hair, not anymore! I love it.

I am so happy with feeling the difference just after a few DAYS!!! My son has even considered purchasing one. My skin feels unbelievably softer!!!

Well instead of the water beating down on me and splashing me in the face it is a very soft flow and gentle. I have sensitive skin and I just love it. Also used it to bathe the dog and he usually hates the shower head he was better in his bath this time also. I just purchased 2 more and I recommend them highly!

After seeing their Facebook post and attempting to make a purchase, I commented, asking the question "Why isint the FREE item showing up in my cart?" which was immediately erased. No personal message was sent to me from them so I messaged directly, asking the question. Immediately, they responded "Be assured The item will be shipped but may not show up in cart." I tried to place order, however, my purchase was declined twice. Usually, my bank will send a text if this happens, confirming it is me who is trying to make a purchase, then I am able to continue. Instead, I recieved a call from my bank, stating that the system "flagged" this attempted charge and the company as "fraudulent." I was told that if I continued with purchase, I would have to use an alternate banking account as they would not approve transactions with this company. I then googled BBB which stated they were not an accredited site AND were flagged as a "SCAM" DO NOT BUY...People aren't able to notify on their Facebook page as they will delete.

I went to their site to purchase refill item. My total charge showed the amount I was expecting to pay. At check out I was given an offer to purchase more of the item at a discounted rate. I clicked on "No Thank You' and hit continue. Then I was given an offer to to purchase a shower filter, I gain hit no thank you. Then I got a message saying "are you sure you want to leave with out accepting this offer. I said yes. The next day I hade a charge for $130.00 on my bank card. I called and asked why. They said I accepted the offers. I said I did not. I was told that when the order arrived, I could return it. I called to start the return and was told that their policy is the customer pays for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I explained that I did not order the products and therefore I should not have to pay for the shipping or restocking fee. I was told there is nothing they can do. This is a bad company, charging me for items that I declined to order.

Water Envy is amazing. My hair is softer, more shine. My skin is so soft. It took longer than I expected to get my order. However, it was well worth the wait. Im really pleased with this product.
