I've been attending and re-attending the Quick Start Webinars with Eric Lloyd. He is awesome! I have learned a lot from him and look forward to returning because I learn something new and different every time. He makes sure that everyone understands what's been covered before he moves on and that is very beneficial. Eric is the man!

Attended the Quick Start class Eric Lloyd it was so educational and inspiring. I learn so much that I feel I can go out and do deals now because I know how to run the numbers and use the tools necessary to properly do deals.

I been in the RE industry for the last 20 years, and I've been in several seminar of all kinds. The three days seminar that I recently attended in Pasadena really superseded my expectations due to the important and abundant information they provided. Also, it has been an awesome experience taking these Tax Lien/Deed mastery classes. Mrs Goodbar explained the prosses in a manner that is ease to comprehends. She was always open to questions and quickly responded to all of us. I think she is knowable in this filed and I'll keep signing up for her classes. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I'm happy and grateful for that.

McKenzy Goodbar is wonderful. She is kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. She enjoys teaching this class and that's makes the class fun and the information becomes more relevant.

Market Insider with Eric Lloyd was a great session. Not only was it step-by-step process informative, but it got attendees fired-up about previously untapped possibilities in REI. Eric is easy to listen to, and open to all questions, even when somewhat repetitive. Thanks Coach Eric!

I’m relatively new to the Tax Lien Wealth Builders Community, I joined about 4 weeks ago now and I’m so glad I did. I don’t typically write reviews, I’m guilty of being more of a lurker than a poster, but in this case I felt compelled to share some feedback on my experience thus far. The team of instructors are phenomenal - they aren’t just extremely knowledgeable, they’re passionate about sharing that knowledge with their students. I have walked away from every class with more understanding than I entered with, and that for me is time and money well spent! Special shoutout to Eric Llyod who does a phenomenal job with the Quickstart class - I appreciate how open and honest he is about his experiences through his teaching. Way to keep it real Eric! Also really enjoyed diving deep into the Wholesale Bootcamp with Karl Benson. When you're a newbie it can all be a little overwhelming and confusing, but he does a great job of keeping it clear, simple, and to the point. Overall, every teacher/coach has a unique personality and style that brings a lot of different perspectives and value to the conversation. So if you're looking to learn about all things real estate - the coaches go above and beyond to deliver!

She really knew her stuff and was very knowledgeable about the process of purchasing Tax Liens and Deeds for the different counties and really helped me navigate through the resources to do my due diligence and gather information. Their seminars were very informative and I took a lot of knowledge at the end of it. I signed up for the program but due to some life difficulties I could not continue with it. I took my chance on requesting for a refund and they were gracious and understood what I was going through and issued me a refund.
