Ryan has been a thorough instructor. He has given me the tools to confidently research properties and knowledgeably invest in tax liens. I have invested in Charlotte and Sarasota counties. Some liens to hold and several that I have applied for TDA’s.

Working with Ryan was great and easy, he always had a very positive energy over the phone and during the meeting sessions. Polite, and would listen to your questions and really try to understand the nature of them if you weren’t asking it correctly with the right verbiage. Being brand new to this kind of business, there is lots to absorb, and Ryan breaks it down to easy bite size chunks that are easily understandable. Investing in tax liens with Ryan as the coach, he made it easy and removed all the fears and questions before committing to a purchase. Would highly recommend him as a coach or mentor to anyone.

I truly enjoyed the Tax Lien Webinars with Erin Bates. She is extremely knowledgeable and readily answers students question. The pacing of the class is good and she doesn't overwhelm her students with material. It is a good introductory course. I will continue to review her webinar videos multiple times as I have already, and use them as a resource throughout my tax lien investing.

Ryan is awesome!! He explains everything very well and thoroughly. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He’s also a great human being and we have loved our coaching with him, happy that we will still get to talk on the phone from time to time!

I had the pleasure of having Eric Lloyd's quickstart class. He is an amazing instructor who really knows his..........stuff. I am going to continue taking his course until I know as much as he does. (Mind you, that will probably be never).

A wealth of knowledge and experience, he is also a super-nice guy who will go way out of his way to help others just starting in the business. Karl Benson’s presentation was outstanding. I love how he uses great examples to drive his point home. One thing I would like is to get a copy of the slides before the presentation so I can follow along better especially for the ‘Buy and Hold’ presentation since it’s all very new to me.

Loved the class - makes the next steps not as frightening and enhanced the business plan. Looking forward to the execution.
