We just ordered 6 hampers from this company for a corporate gift. The service we received was great, especially from Steve, who assisted us after a hamper was damaged in transit and he even noticed the address was wrong and changed this for us. With the damaged hamper everything was delath with quickly and a replacement was sent within 24 hours. Exceptional service, will definitely be using again in the future!

My experience was suburb from start to finish. Easy to navigate the website with so much choice and great value for money. My daughter in Manchester arranged for the delivery of a gift hamper from hampers.com for me on Fathers Day. The hamper arrived and the packaging seemed to be perfect and no damage to the package was noticeable. On opening the packaging it became quickly apparent that water had leaked internally and this was because the hydropac clear package, possibly housing ice at the time had leaked and no water or residue remained in the package. I immediately contacted hampers.com by email to raise my concerns and the response from hampers.com was outstanding; they were very understanding and upset and offered me a full refund or replacement hamper. As the hamper I received was a Fathers Day Gift from my daughter I did not want her to know about the damaged hamper; so I did not want her to get a refund and I decided to take up the kind offer made by hampers.com for a replacement hamper of the same value. The replacement hamper arrived on 21 June 2024 and was in perfect condition. I would like to add that the professionalism, compassion and understanding shown by hampers.com at all times has been first class and amazing. I would personally like to thank Mohamed Degajuh because it was he that dealt with my complaint initially and saw it through to the end. Well done hampers.com

I ordered a father's day hamper, I actually ordered it on the Saturday to arrive on the Sunday. I have to say I was amazed it arrived in the morning. It was a great hamper with lovely quality goods. Ordered a fabulous hamper for a friend and there was unfortunately an issue with the delivery company used, but Hampers.com and the amazing customer support staff sorted out another hamper and another delivery company at short notice and were helpful and kept in touch with every step of the process.
