I bought a Gourmet Chocolate Lovers Hamper for a chocoholic friend's Birthday. He absolutely loved it, especially the chocolate cake, but also the good selection of other chocolate treats. I was also able to get it delivered on his actual birthday, which was great.

I live in Australia, so I used this company to send my Grandad a birthday hamper in the UK. No fault of theirs but the delivery company delivered it to the wrong building, to which the recipient ended up keeping the hamper. I contact Hannah from hampers.com and received a quick reply. The hamper was extremely well received by my mum for her 80th birthday. She was over the moon with all of the goodies which were even more special because she was not able to go out for afternoon tea on the day! Thank you so much for a perfect collection.

Overall the contents were enjoyed. However, a substitution was made for a very much lesser product (sweets which incidentally were thrown away as none of my family liked them) and I was not informed. When I complained I was sent a discount code for the next hamper I would purchase.
