Bought this for a friend’s birthday and she was delighted with it. So nice to be able to send a surprise to arrive on the day

We contacted customer services via email after opening a bottle of the Christmas hamper wine and we realised that it was corked (we knew that it was impossible for the company to know beforehand and it’s a very rare occurrence). Todd, at customer services got back extremely quickly. He was friendly, polite, understanding and apologetic for the corked wine. We were told that this particular wine was no longer in stock and offered several other options, which were an upgrade, because of this. I felt as though the team at Hampers.com went far above and beyond for us. We had also been going through a particularly difficult time and the team were really sensitive about this, with added personal touches to the replacement product. The approach to customer service felt very much “caring community” and we were connected with on a very human level. This felt like an important ethos of hampers.com. We had absolute stellar customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks so much.

Sent the hamper to our Friend that has a fall to cheer her up, that it did 😀I made a mistake with the number of the house, everything was rectified very quickly and the hampers were delivered the following day, at a cost, but it was my mistake. Thank you so much

The ease to buy online as I live in ireland and wanted a gift for my brothers 70th I. England.thw choice was wonderful as I was able to buy for my brother a gift I knew he would enjoy and also another choice of gift for my sister in law. They were so happy with the gifts. Delivery on dates required and I was also informed of delivery time etc as were the people receiving the gifts.

Recipient was delighted with this hamper. Delivery Eason time the next day after I ordered. Would certainly use them again

Not a great hamper "thanks for the christmas cake" was the response from the recipient to "afternoon tea" hamper. NOt great. PLus at £28.00 shipping - when I googled "Hampers Ireland" - that's not honest marketing to have these keywords set up in your google ads.

I ordered a hamper for a colleague currently off work. Unfortunately the company sent the wrong one. However, I let them know, Hannah responded quickly, had tried to call me, and they also arranged delivery of the correct one for the date I asked them to. Mistakes happen, but the fantastic customer service received following on from this is what leaves a great impression of a company and I'll definitely use them again.

Great ideas for the perfect gift! Bought the chocolate hamper for a friend but made sure they shared :) and the chocolate was delicious! I dont really like fudge but I tried the one included and it was so nice!! Fast delivery, great price (got it in a sale!) and lovely packaging. Will definitely be ordering from this site again.

This is my second review. I ordered 2 hampers on December 6th to be delivered before Christmas. One arrived and it was excellent. The other hamper did not. No tracking information provided. No response from support. Then I post a review here and Todd from customer service responded to me. Basically stated they had an issue with couriers and I will get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Well that was a month ago and no refund. Also Todd is no longer responding? They are not even responding to Citibank? Based on other reviews the lack of delivery is a common issue. Is it possible hampers.com can’t go after the couriers for compensation so the customers take the hit? I am 200 pounds out. Hopefully Citibank assigns someone to investigate them.

Always offers on at special occasions and it takes all the hassle out of having to tramp round the shops and come home- wrap the present up and back to Post office to post it. Buy a card to include in it. You have spent a couple of days. Instead sit at PC and click, click and all sorted. really appreciate choosing the date of delivery.
