Had our fit to fly COVID tests done in Hull by Jill and Carol. We were seen straight away. Tests were quick and easy to do. They took me and my partner through it and everything was sorted in under 15 minutes. Would definitely go again if I needed another fit to fly test.

I've started my treatments with a lovely Jennifer in Vivo Clinic in Southampton back in November and I seriously couldn't ask for a better experience. Jennifer is always helpful, with a great knowledge and a professional approach. She books all my appointments which are tailored to my needs, she works around my busy time schedule and nothing is ever too much to ask. So far I've completed several sessions of Cryo 360, BBL, HIFU and Radio Frequency. I'm already seeing amazing results and can't wait to have another treatment in 4 weeks time! Jennifer is a real credit to the company and I strongly recommend her service to anyone who is considering visiting Vivo Clinic in Southampton.

I was greeted at the door with a polite and friendly member of the team. I was early for my appointment and luckily they took my test earlier because of this. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I felt safe and confident whilst the team member took my test. I was contacted with my test result via email an impressive 4 hours after the physical test was taken. Ashley on the phone was particularly helpful with my query. I recommend this clinic 100%!

I Georgina Luty had seen the email so I called and Richard was really helpful, I had sent the Correct documents That Acorn insurers requested and the link to DVLA about my husband's diving licence. and every thing was true to our word. I had a Cryolipolysis treatment with Cherie in the Glasgow clinic. The level of customer care I received was to a very high standard. Cherie managed to settle my nerves, talk me through the procedure and keep checking on my skin to make sure it wasn't reacting badly to the treatment as this was a big concern of mine. I was made to feel very relaxed during the process and I left extremely happy with my results and the care she gave me. I would definitely recommend Cherie! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
